Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lethbridge

Advertised that they accept debit deposit but doesn't actually accept debit deposit. Very poor treatment by management and by staff.Many hotels, including the Holiday Inn right across the road, do accept debit as a form of deposit and did not require a credit card. The front office staff did absolutely nothing to assist me at the time and although I did raise my voice, I never became verbally abusive and was only asked to leave when I raised my voice because they completely refused to refund me at the time, although I'm being told a refund is being processed now by Expedia.

Clean rooms, and with breakfast included, are very much a given when when youre checked in at a Fairfield Marriott hotel and their Lethbridge location is no exception. Joanne of reception was also very helpful especially when it came to helping us how to use their coin-operated and self-service laundry services.Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 10 AM, but since we arrived past 9 AM, we barely were able to  avail of their cheese omellette - which understandably was not refilled anymore.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, Gonjan, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! I had a very unique issue and she was incredibly helpful and found a solution demonstrating empathy and providing outstanding service.I’m already looking forward to my next visit.Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.Thanks Gonjan, you made the difference.

Worst experience ever at a Fairfield by Marriott. Do not stay here, there is way better hotels in Lethbridge. Don’t go there because of the chain and because the other locations you stayed at were good. Lethbridge location is the worst hotel I’ve ever been too.

This is the second time at this hotel but never again! The bathroom floor looked like it had never been washed. When I rolled back the sheets, to my horror, there were feces stains! It was 11pm so the front desk had no access to clean sheets so we had to move to another room. The second room had a bad odor/not clean and the thermostat was not working. No management on site so pictures of the sheets were sent to a manager. They said they would discount the room by 20%, which amounts to approximately $25. NOT acceptable! The experience was so disgusting and we questioned how clean were the towels we had to use? Obviously, the laundry practices at this hotel are terrible! These sheets should have been thrown out, but after reading other reviews, doesn't look like anything will change!

I travel a lot for work, and have been a long-time marriott bonvoy member. Treated like absolute gold at every marriott bonvoy hotel I've been at, except this one.... This hotel staff is difficult and unaccommodating. It's not any one issue, it's every little interaction and request. Truly, if there was another marriott bonvoy hotel in Lethbridge I would most definitely switch my allegiances, and quite possibly will anyways.

It's okay. It's clean and cheap. There's breakfast included and pretty good too. It near the casino. Bud sadly not really near anything else.

Really loved it here, hotel is modern in its decor with the rooms having a boutique hotel feel. Staff were super helpful and friendly, I was able to do laundry on site and the bed was amazing. I travel a lot for work and I would stay here every time I'm in Lethbridge for the bed alone! The only constructive feedback I'd have would be keeping some dairy free milk like soy milk on hand for guests who can't have dairy products. Not a big thing but nice to be able to have a coffee with breakfast. Other than that, will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We stayed their overnight on June 10 for a wedding. very nice property. rooms are quite large and very clean. check in was a little slow due to computers being down, but not the fault of the staff. Breakfast was really good.
