Great place to spend the day and relax. The place is well maintained but my personal highlight would be the bistro that I found amazing. The salmon tatar was just so fresh and well balanced with everything else on the plate. The cheese board portions were amazing as well and the chef was super nice. I think the bistro had superior food than most restaurant and the prices were more than reasonable! A must try if you spend the day there!

Wonderful place to decompress. We booked a duo spouse spa and access to the bath. The whole experience was excellent. Staffs are gracious. Very clean place. Hot tubs are spread around the area. If you dare to dunk into the river, there is an available corner for you. The only thing that I noticed is that there’s not much variety of spa you can choose from, there is only the hot spa and steam spa. You can always have lunch or dine at their own bistro. Overall our visit was fantastic and we will come back again.

it's such a nice place honestly ! 5 hot bath, 2 cold ones plus the access to river, 2 dey sauna and one steam room. A nice restaurant plus many rooms for relaxing. However they have a strict policy on not using ur phone and not talking which makes it hard when you go at more than two !

Multiple saunas, hot tubs, and relaxation areas to truly enjoy yourself. Highly recommend getting into the river for a nice cold bath shock! The property is certainly beautiful. They are so stingy with the towels and robes here, it’s takes away from the experience. First off, they aren’t great towels/robes but fine, it’s hard to wash & prepare plush towels. 1 robe rental is $12CAD. Just the additional charge for this is annoying.Moving in between saunas, hot tubs, and the river stuff starts to get wet and there’s no easy spot to just get a new towel. The locker rooms are bare minimum. It’s surprising for how fancy the rest of the place is.If you are late due to traffic for the massage, you lose out of the massage time. Go earlier!4 stars, I recommend going for sure. Maybe bring your own 2 towels/robe and of course slippers.

Great space. Very clean. Temperature therapy is great for the body. In the winter the river is actually bone shaking which is super nice! Pricy entry, I'd recommend after 17h00 with your own bathrobe which makes it a 50$ worthy evening. Don't expect however to be able to read a book.

Very relaxing! I had a great time and would definitely come back. The coffee is okay but I have had better. It doesn't affect the overall experience as I won't necessarily get a coffee whilst I'm there. This will become my go to place now for a spa!

Came on a cooler June day with a little rain in the forecast but that didn't take away from my amazing experience. Spent 4 hours there indulging in everything they had to offer. I prefer a quieter experience, so I only used amenities on the side where they discourage talking. Everything was well kept and extremely enjoyable. Did my cold plunge by swimming in the river which was a signature experience offered here and something I will miss during future spa trips in other locations. People have complained that you can see/hear a road but I didn't find it noticeable at all. If there is any noise, it combines with the ambient music/sounds they play and the white noise created by the river flowing. Also had a massage with Max who was very attentive and used just the right amount of pressure. I felt amazing afterwards. The other staff I interacted with were also courteous and professional.A few things I didn't enjoy... ordered a latte in the bistro and it was the worst cup of coffee I have had in a long time. Worse than the machine in the coffee station at the office. I was very disappointed and didn't end up drinking much of it. Also found the system they have with robes and towels to be a little inconvenient. You have to pay extra to use a robe, fine, but they get soaked quickly and you can't exchange them. Same with the 2 towels they provide, which aren't enough to use during your bath time and then your shower before leaving. You also need to take those wet items all the way back to the reception area for drop off - while dressed back in your street clothes - which is odd. They should have the drop zone for the towels in the building with the change rooms so guests don't have to slog them all the way to the other end of the spa. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I plan to repeat again and I highly recommend coming on your own or with friends.

Good experience.Got in trouble for taking too loud and not having a towel in the sauna. Although I understand that this contributes to the other guests experience and the cleanliness of the facility.. the staff were not very nice with their reminders" and made me enjoy my time there a little less. The packages are worth it

We are regular nordic spa goers and this place is top notch. The staff is friendly and efficient and they and working hard to keep the premises clean and to ensure everything is running smoothly. We had a couples massage scheduled at 11:30 but we arrived ar 10:30 to enjoy the baths. After the massage (which was outstanding), we had lunch and coffee at the bistro. We then enjoyed the baths for the rest of the afternoon but the place got crowded so in retrospect it would probably be better to book the massage in the afternoon to have a quieter time at the baths.Access to the bath is included with the massage so this a really good deal.
