The Sterling North Society has an old refrigerator that wasn't cooling and Tom stopped by to check it out. It was a quick fix for him. We are first time customers, but he was so personable and he didn't put us on a waiting list. We would HIGHLY recommend Badger Appliance Repair!

Badger Appliance Repair
I had my oven constantly shutting itself off during cooking. Tom was able to diagnose the problem after listening to me describe the symptoms. He had it running like new again in about 20 minutes.The best part was that he called back after a few days to check that the oven was still in good working order. Tom cares about the people and the quality of his service.

Tom has repaired our appliances for many years. His knowledge of appliance repair enables him to understand the problem from the first conversation. Usually there is no waiting around for parts. My dryer was making a really loud banging noise. I called to setup a service appointment and Tom was able to schedule me within a day or two. Tom had it sorted out rather quickly. It was more than fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone and will be calling in the future if an appliance needs a tune up. Support a great local business!

Tom just made my day! He arrived ON TIME for the scheduled appointment and was able to diagnose my washing machine's issue within 5 minutes. He didn't have the part he needed with him, but was back THE SAME DAY and had my washing machine up and running in less the 30 minutes. He's knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend Tom if you are looking for a straight shooter with years of experience!

Tom is the best. He fixed our refrigerator last fall and came back again this week when it started having trouble again. He helped us through the fix – getting a new part that was covered under warranty. Tom is honest and didn’t spend our money trying to fix something that is near the end of its life span. He was able to answer my many, many questions with ease. He was also very quick to respond to our call and to stop by our house. It’s really nice to be able to make one phone call and Tom takes care of the rest. We are lucky to have someone like Tom in our area!
