ZERO STARS!!!!!! I TOOK A CHANCE WITH THIS BMO BRANCH AND RECENTLY CLOSED A HOUSE WITH THEIR PERSONAL BANKER DENNY KOH. I WANTED TO DISCUSS A LOAN FEE I WASN'T AWARE OF AND NO ONE KNEW WHAT IT WAS. IT TOOK ME WEEKS TO GET A HOLD OF DENNY AFTER LEAVING FEW MESSAGES FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME. AFTER A NUMEROUS TIME ME CHASING HIM, I WAS ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HIM AND HE TOLD ME HE LOOK INTO IT. AFTER A WEEK LATER, THE SAME ISSUE HAS HAPPEN AND WAS RADIO SILENT. I ENDED UP SPEAKING TO TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES ON THE PHONE AFTER WAITING ANOTHER WEEK TO SEE IF SOMEONE ELSE CAN HELP. I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL LOOK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK. WAITED ANOTHER WEEK, AND SILENT AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT AND NOW A MONTH LATER, I WAS FED UP WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND WENT INTO THE BRANCH TWICE TO SEE IF I CAN CATCH DENNY OR HAVE THIS RESOLVED. HE WAS NOT THERE AND A TELLER WAS PERSONALLY GOING TO LET HIM KNOW TO CALL ME NEXT DAY GUARANTEE BECAUSE I BOOKED A PHONE APPOINTMENT. IT'S BEEN A FEW DAYS ALREADY AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BRANCH. THIS BRANCH NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT!OF COURSE, AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH AND SPEAKING TO 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH, STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE TILL THIS DAY!

I’ve been a BMO customer for over 5 years and I’ve visited more than 10 different BMO branches located in Montreal and Toronto for all kinds of services. I had the worst experience ever in this branch last week.Ian, who served me, is extremely rude, arrogant and aggressive.The story is long. Let me just highlight one part. I was asked 3 security questions to confirm my ID.1) My current address2) The place where I opened my account3) The last transaction in my chequing accountI answered 1&2 questions correctly, but I gave a wrong answer for the third one at first cause I couldn’t remember it (the last transaction was happened about 2 months ago). Then I checked my online banking over my cell phone and gave him a 100% correct answer. Unfortunately, Ian told me that the right answer could not be taken into account. Let me quote his words:” You should remember what happened in your account! Anyone can log into another one’s online banking.” When I tried to argue with him that my memory was not good enough and I am not anyone but a BMO customer with my driving license and bank card on my hand, he rudely ignored everything and impatiently repeated 3 times:” You are not listening and you did not get my point. There is a security risk.”I understand that security is important. Can’t you explain it in a friendly and persuasive way? Ian treated me like an idiot and with zero respect.Please avoid this branch and especially avoid this rude guy – Ian.

Paid a credit card bill in person with a cheque to cover total balance. Have a receipt and everything from the teller. Cheque was scanned instantly. It's been 10+ business days and I'm getting non stop alerts about my account hasn't been paid. Everytime I call back the person says (oh yes I see a note on here that you paid), but I still get calls. And now I got a credit alert that my score dropped 100 points. I'm going to go back in today to inquire further with my receipts but I don't think that can reverse my credit score hit. Terrible business ethics if this is how they operate.

The worst bank ever. I have been a client of theirs for 6 years and only have a cheque account because they have declined every application even though I’m employed. The bankers do not go out of their way to assist you or plead your case. I have been declined for a line of credit because apparently because of my income and debt ratio, no one asked me about the fact that I have a car on my name even though I’m not paying for it, it belongs to my ex. This is surely reflected on my account. I only have one credit card I’m paying …

The service at this branch has deteriorated over the last year to the point that I am looking to move my personal and business accounts to another bank. Training should be at a National level and monitored, but the staff here seem to be incompetent, rude and lack knowledge of their own systems.Too many issues to mention, but the last 2 pushed me over the edge to write a review. I inserted my card at the counter as instructed for the teller to review my account for a deposit, and she pressed some buttons. The machine told me to remove my card, which I did, and the system crashed. She had the nerve to tell me that I broke the system and crashed it! Umm, I had no input into the development of the system as a programmer!The most recent issue required me to get assistance from an agent in a private office, and when I went in, it was like his personal salon, with deodorant cans on his desk, food and paperwork all over the table...really unprofessional!Quickly losing my patience with this branch and BMO in general with their wait times on the phone lasting over 30 minutes on average.

One of the most personable branch I've been to. The financial advisor Victor and branch manager I've dealt with at the branch really defined what true great cutomer service is. Not the closest branch for us but our family doesn't mind the extra drive!

I miss Lucy and Jeff and please let them know. We were the best ever!

Teller Maria is very strict. You have to deposit everything into an account of her choosing without asking.

A couple years ago, Lucy, the longstanding branch managers, was replaced and the new manager hasn't maintained relationships with exisitng HNW clients and lots of staff left with Lucy. Even though I've been coming for years and he could not validating my identify and I was delt with suspicion and I couldn't make transactions with my lawyers trust account. I go to the Stone Road mall branch to avoid this branch

I have been with BMO for many years and visited many different branch locations.This is by far the best location I have visited, Clean modern professional atmosphere.Let me note Maria Emily and Rose make you Feel extremely welcome and are quick to respond to any phone call they receive.I look forward to continuing my banking with BMO and visiting this location for many years to come .Andreas B
