I am deathly afraid of needles and often suffer panic attacks when faced with an injection. Dr. Bartsch and his staff were patient and did everything they could to make me comfortable. The required procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the dental work and forever grateful to Dr. Bartsch and the staff for their kindness

January 2022 Called with what I felt was a dental emergency and was given an appointment for their next working day. Being from Alberta and not a patient of Dr. Bartsch I can only speak praise for the care and professionalism of Dr. Bartsch and the staff of Sun Valley Dental in Osoyoos. Furthermore, I was impressed that I could get my tooth prep-ed and crown 'installed' (as they were able to make it on the spot) within approx. 2 hr. - all in one appointment - How great is that!! It was all a good experience - thank you to Carol, Shoi-abe, Shelby and Dr. Bartsch for looking after me.

As always, seeing Dr. Jason Bartsch is a pleasure. He is very good, have never felt him do freezing or any other work. Very professional and prompt to.I would strongly recommend seeing him as a dentist. He takes the fear most people have away from seeing a dentist. No pain or discomfort at any time.Thank you Dr. Bartsch and staff for great care and service.

I have always found Dr. Bartch to be good and straightforward. I find some of his staff to be rude, inconsiderate and downright unhelpful.

Very impressed with sun valley dental. All the staff have been very kind, friendly and accommodating.Modern practices, 3d x-rays are really cool and give you a look at your teeth and mouth like I’ve never seen.Felt very cared for and they were receptive to all my concerns. I’ve never been treated this well at a dentist before. Thanks to Dr Bartsch and the support staff. You guys are awesome :)

This was my first appointment, and I was very impressed. The office is very clean and modern, and the staff are professional while also friendly. Alison did my pre-exam x-rays and photos, and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Bartsch also had me feel welcome, and he was very thorough in finding out what my dental goals were. He took the time to explain the results of my x-rays and photos, and left me feeling valued as a patient. Overall, this was a positive experience, and i am looking forward to my next appointment.
