While researching home automation for our new house the builder recommended we talk to the folks at Onetouch House. During the course of construction we worked closely on all aspects of audio and technology and the results couldnt have been better. We have an amazing Smart-home system, a dedicated theatre room and audio throughout the house. We were a bit hesitant on putting technology in our house as neither my wife or I are techies but the system is so easy to use. The guys at Onetouch have gone out of their way to make sure it worked as promised. We highly recommend to anyone building a new home.

We are really happy with both the quality of products supplied by OneTouch House and their level of professionalism during installation. The systems are intuitive and easy to use. Post installation support has been great and we would recommend this company to anybody who is either building or interested in upgrading the technology in their homes.

The One Touch House has a great team of people to help from the beginning of a project right through to completion and on going training and maintenance. We were a little hesitant to go with a totally smart home controlling all of our audio, visual, lighting, blinds and security needs. We are not very tech savvy and we were concerned it would be too complicated. Kevin and his team showed us that it can be as simple or as complex as we would like. We are 100% satisfied and most importantly we appreciate the prompt communication and on going support!

One Touch recently completed the setup of our home theatre and updated our existing Control4 system. Jason M from One Touch did the install for us and he was super helpful and knowledgable with a passion for home theatre and audio. He not only set-up our theatre room but also fixed a number of issues we were having with our existing system. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with how everyting worked before he left. The whole team at One Touch was a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again for any other projects in the future.

Three years ago Kevin and his tech-savvy team transformed my basement into a phenomenal home theatre. The process only took a couple of days, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Their customer service and attention to detail is simply second to none, and Kevin has always been extremely responsive to any questions that have arisen.To be honest, even after three years I’m still blown away every time I fire up the system and experience that razor sharp 4K imagery admixed with Dolby Atmos acoustics. Kevin and his team did a fantastic job wall mounting our new TV and running all the cords through the wall. They were right on time, asked relevant questions, offered several options to meet out needs, explained what they were doing, were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. They even did a followup visit at no extra charge to tweak the placement and answer some questions I had. Top notch service that I will use again!

We shopped around for security system and found the service and equipment provided to be Top Notch from Total House. Robert had come to the house in order to provide an accurate quote. I then went to their location to see what the product looked like - we also discovered an array of products for the future to consider (home theatre-seating). We found the billing made easy by Misty's instructions and follow up to confirm payment received. The installers were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Even Rob the salesman came out to lend a hand and ensure all was to our satisfaction. Questions afterward were replied to in a timely manner. There years of experience shows, customer service superb!

I have never received better service and support from any service provider in any category than I did from One Touch House. We moved into our home and discovered a conduit was installed for a wall-mounted TV but the conduit was blocked. I called Kevin and told him about the situation and he offered to come right over at no charge to investigate and was able to unblock the conduit and get us set-up to wall-mount our new TV. He also booked us an installation the next day with a great installer who was able to get the TV and Sonos soundbar and subwoofer installed beautifully and working perfectly. He hid all the extra wires so the installation is seamless. I would recommend OneTouch House without hesitation!

While we have enjoyed the ease of having so many functions within our house at our fingertips, the value of a smart home was recently highlighted for us when my wife injured her back and had to spend several days on bed rest. We were both happy that she could control the lights, music and temperature without having to call for help. The people at The OneTouch House are great - very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them.

One Touch House did the original installation for us of the Control 4 smart home system controlling TV, Security, Heat, Audio, Blinds, etc when we had the house built. In addition they have done upgrades and tweaks to the system since then. I've always found their staff and management incredibly knowleageable and helpful and they stand behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again if we built another house.
