Hello, my name is Mr Tookaram. I recently posted a review regarding a bad customer experience that I had with the dealer. I would like to point out that I received a phone call from the general manager Mr Jonathan Cameron day before, that is, on the 22nd of august 2018. I wanted to take a minute to highlight his professionalism and empathy throughout the phone and the follow up call that I received from him. I strongly believe that if all phone calls were dealt in this manner, there would be no room for errors or wrong information being given. I just want to say a big thank you Mr Cameron for displaying good customer service, active listening and taking into considerations all the facts in a timely and effective manner.

I really want to give 5 stars since I received a great customer service from Caroline Fradet. Customers love people like her. She was very nice and professional and I really felt she was doing her best while meeting me.

Today I purchased a new Frontier and i must say thanks to Olivier for the great service and patienceI highly recommend him

Salesman Gabriel is uninformed about what he’s selling. After sales service was a big zero as well. General Derector Samir never returned my 6 calls. Spent 65,000$ at a place that doesn’t respect their clients. Never again.

The rep. That serviced me was Olivier Perreault, I highly recommend that you ask for him, if you need to purchase a new car. He was great; very patient and took all the time needed to help me make my decision in purchasing my new car; Nissan Qashqai SV.
