Came here for new Goodyear tires. Unexpected tire rim size on the model of my car required a last minute change to the tires ordered and delivered for installation on my scheduled day. Mike organized this efficiently and I got rolling again that same day. Very satisfied with the ride the car now gives with these tires --- brand recommended by Mike. Fair price with good customer service --- winning combination!!

Called for and appointment to get my new trailer hitch installed. I was given an appointment within a few days. I dropped in at appointment time, car was inside within 5 minutes and finished on time and as per estimate. Excellent, friendly service.

Received excellent and speedy service. Very happy with the team at 416. The muffler pipe on my honda civic became completely separated from the longer pipe. I called this morning and Nick told me to bring it in. He had a tech immediately take a look and assessed a new muffler would be needed, and some other smaller parts. In less than 2 hours my car was ready and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend. Honest and fair pricing too. Thanks Nick and team!

Went in to have my air conditioner recharged have had in done in the for 100.00 at other places. My fault for not asking prior to javing the work done but felt ripped off when I recieved the bill for well over $200.00 if I had known that I would have driven a little farther and paid $100.00Beware this place is expensive shop aroundReason for two star friendly staff and adhere to their appointment schedule

We were camped just across the river at Rideau River Provincial Park and discovered a flat tire when we woke up. Called 416 Tire Service and they made room for us in their schedule and had us in, tire repaired and out again before noon. Price was right and the people were professional and friendly. Saved a vacation day that could have been ruined. Recommended.

Extremely helpful. Took my car right away when my tire pressure was low and fixed the puncture for us. Only place in town that offered to help us the same day (and we were from out of town). Kept us safe on the road. Very good service!

We bring our winter vehicles to 416 Tire for regular maintenance, and to fix the usual issues that occur on modern vehicles. Their quality of service and turn around time is exceptional.An example of how they go above and beyond; I was driving my car down Oxford street (right near their garage) when one of the mechanics noticed one of my tires was going flat (I had the tires installed at 416 Tire - not their fault as I drove over a nail, bad luck), and flagged me down. This garage was recommended to me, first appointment was for an oil change then for a new oil pan. The prices were very reasonable and the staff are very polite. I recommend these mechanics!!
