they dont respond to emails. i have sent there 3 emails within the last 2 weeks and nothing. they dont 'process' rewards fast enough. used to be 2 weeks now its over a month im still waiting nobody is getting back to me. now i feel like im just doing their surveys for free like volunteering for freeEDIT: They responded to this review the very same day, yet they take forever to do their actual jobs lol. Hey Leger, instead of having someone respond instantly to negative google reviews, why dont you get them to process the rewards instead so you wont have any negative reviews to begin with. I am still waiting for mine to be processed! Its been a month now!
