Had the most wonderful experience with Manisha at the store. I bought hair extensions for one of my brides and she gave us exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend and the have stock available in store.

I purchased hair from Bombay for years. The last two purchases I noticed the quality had gone down considerably. I went into the store in January 23, purchased my hair and had it installed by the same person as usual. I used the same products to wash my hair as usual. Upon washing the ends looked damaged/fried. This was not typical of any previous purchase. I called the store several times - no answer. Left a message to be called back - no response.I reached out to head office put in a claim and was denied a refund or a product replacement. Sadly I wont use them anymore. Since the fall of 2022, products went downhill and it really is a shame. Beware of their poor quality hair and inability to compensate or replace product within weeks of purchase and proof of claim.

I’ve heard great things of Bombay’s clip ins, so thought I would try their sew in wefts. My friend and I visited their store in Surrey and purchased a weft. Quality was definitely not the same as the clip ins and would not recommend. The extensions have been losing clumps of hair and it’s barely been a month since installation.Also, reached out to CS via email with no response.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon at Bombay Hair in Surrey who was a wonderful help and provided me the best customer service experience! She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. This was my first time purchasing hair extensions ever, and she made me feel so special. I couldn’t be any happier. This review is only for the customer service as I really love your guys hair extensions. I placed my order online for pick up at the surrey location. I double checked what the pick up times were for my order - I scheduled my visit accordingly. Clearly stated online and on the door the hours of OPERATION 10am and also the number. ( which no one seems to answer ever) I called the store.. no answer. I notice this pattern as I tried to call them before also no answer. You guys really need to be on top of the business hours and have someone available if you state you OPEN AT 10AM. 4/17/23

Went in to get clip-ins. Lina was very helpful with colour match and helping me pick out a length. She also explained how to use them as it’s my first time purchasing hair extensions. Great customer service!

Ever since i saw the sign up for bombay hair, i wanted to give it a try but i never got a chance. Until recently my hair dresser friend ordered one of their extensions online and i had to go pick them up.Well ! Its a beautifully decorated, hair salon with allKinds of hair styling tools , serums and hair extensions. Pink coloured walls with compartments of hair extensions, wigs and tools are up on the walls. Bags filled with hair extensions are lined up on the floor to be picked up. I am guessing too many are ordered online.The stylist present at the store will guide you and help you select the perfect length and volume for your hair. All of their extensions are pre-coloured.

Had a lovely time at this store, the deals are lovely at this time, most products in store were about 50 percent off or more. I was greeted by the lovely Manisha who told me the story of this business, it’s so gratifying to listen to stories of independent businesses by women. I bought a couple of things and I found that the quality of the products is very good. Customer service is top notch, the branding and aesthetics of the store is amazing.

I am so glad to have a local store to get bombay hair tools. The girl at the store was super helpful and very informative about the tools. I definitely would come here again to shop. Great experience.

Sharan was very helpful in helping me choose what type of extensions to get and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Bombay hair for quality tools and extensions and friendly customer service.
