We had a wonderful experience renting the Jack and Jill Bounce House for our child's birthday. The staff were very friendly and professional and made sure that I knew how to operate the bounce house before I left. Pick up and drop-off is very well-organized and the product itself was very good quality. Overall, Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals exceeded my expectations and I would definitely rent from them again!

Hello,we rented a bouncy castle from Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals on the 6th of June and I just wanted to say that it was a great and friendly experience. Their team worked with us all the way through ordering, to pick up, and drop off.We had ordered the Skylanders bouncy castle and when we got it home which is almost an hour away we noticed that one of the banners was not included in the package. I called the company to let them know, and they offered to drive it all the way to my house for me as well as offer me a discounted fee. It really seemed like they appreciated my business !We will definitely be ordering from Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals again in the future. Amazing service and friendly staff.Thank you for making our son's party on that he wont forget !

Been renting from here for years. Today we set the castle we rented up and it wasn’t functioning up to par, we messaged them and they were immediately apologetic and started discussing solutions to rectify the situation. They ended up going out of their way to bring a replacement castle and do a trade out and it was truly appreciated. Will continue to use this company with great and understanding customer service.

This is one of the first companies I've ever dealt with that I was pleased with from start to finish! Completely hassle free and didn't have to worry about anything. I received an email not even a half an hour after inquiring about the rental. Any time I had a question, my email was answered very quickly. Communication was outstanding and service was phenomenal. Our school council hired Kingston Bouncy Castles to provide inflatables for our end-of-year fundraising celebration and we couldn't have been happier! Great prices, fantastic service, and, best of all, the inflatables are compliant to all of the new insurance policies within the Limestone District School Board. I rented a castle from Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals last year for my daughters 5th birthday party. It was a great experience! They make the pick up and drop off really easy and such a friendly company to deal with. I have already ordered my next rental for a school party and I cant wait to see their smiling faces when I pick up my rental :) Highly recommend them for your next party!!

We rent from Kingston Bouncy Castles twice a year and will continue to do so for our children's birthday party's. Last weekend we rented the Jumbo Splash and Bounce and the kids loved it!! We have also rented the Summer sprayer splash park on numerous occasions and it is great as well! Service is always friendly and quick. Kids love the castles and it is a great Theme for any summer birthday party!! Highly recommend!
