Love Love Love my new look for my house.We decided to renovate our 2 upper levels during Covid since there wasn’t much else to do and Wendy and her crew were AMAZING! Wendy has such an amazing eye for detail and colour schemes and patterns. She helped us pick out everything and I absolutely LOVE my new carpet, new vinyl flooring and backsplash! Highly recommend CHATEAU FLOORING!!

I was not certain what I wanted to do with my flooring so, on a recommendation from a friend,I contacted Chateau Flooring. A design expert arrived, told me my options, measured, took pictures of my furniture then, returned later with the perfect sample. After accepting the quote, she organized the installation and told me the names of a great painter for touch ups after the install!They are extremely efficient and the workmanship was flawless!

My experience with Chateau was great from beginning to end. I have nothing negative to say. I would recommend them to anyone and would use their services again.

My husband Jim and I had our flooring replaced on our main and upper floors about 15 months ago. We worked with Wendy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a great looking finished product that fit our budget and needs.One of our concerns was changing the carpet on the stairs with an easier to clean and maintain floor covering. Wendy had a great solution for us with custom made LVT stair covering. She contracted Jeremy to handle our installation of our LVT as he had experience with this type of project. We were extremely happy with the work that Jeremy and his crew did and the results were fabulous. We were even able to continue to stay in our home while the installation was done.The carpet in the three upper bedrooms was completed in half a day and we were very pleased.We continue to get great service from chateau flooring to remedy some small expected issues. We would recommend Wendy and her team to anyone who is looking to change or update flooring in their home.

Chateau Flooring was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I chose to deal with them. The service we received was excellent. All the staffwere very professional and helpful. A special thanks to Marco who provided me with excellent advice about the vinyl tile I chose for the kitchen and the carpet for the living room and bedroom. Jeremy was meticulous installing the vinyl tiles and the two carpet installers did a great job. When my Husband and I decided to renovate our condo we decided we wanted to use Airdrie Companies to supply the products required.We found Chateau Flooring and their Consultant Wendy came out and did all the measuring and was very knowledgeable about the different options and gave us some very useful ideas. We ordered 1000 sq. ft. of Armstrong laminate and decided to do the installation ourselves because of the movement of furniture in each room on our time frame. The flooring was ordered quickly and Chateau offered to keep the pallet of laminate in their warehouse so we could pick it up as needed. This was a great service and worked very well for us.Also, we had Chateau install our subway tile backsplash and he was very fast and did a stellar job.We have no hesitation recommending Chateau Flooring as they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our project.Jan Krebs

They were able to help me out when I needed my carpet and flooring installed quickly! They fit me in within a couple days so I could have it done before the weekend! The installers did a nice job and I'm happy with the product. Wendy went above and beyond to help me more than once!! Seriously, thank-you so much for all you did!!

They had a great selection and were able to arrange an installer with a short lead time. They were a bot slow to respond ,but to be fair this is in the middle of Covid and they may of been a bit overloaded.Would love to use them again
