If you can manage to buy everything you need from this store please do!!!! The customer service from Mike and Kim was amazing they go above and beyond to help you, not like other Rona stores where you have to beg to get help. If I could give them 10 stars I will do so.

I LOVE this place! I can't say enough good about the staff here. This store has a big box name but is far from big box. They are superb at customer service. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Many of the staff are long term. That in itself speaks volumes! Highly recommend!

Anyone frustrated with wait times and big store completely messing up your orders call these guys. The only issues is they don’t carry the timber-mart name and can be completely forgotten about given the big brother down the street. Put your order in and by the time you drive there it’s ready. Thanks for the hard work!

Had exactly what was listed as in stock on the Rona website for this location! Exactly what we were looking for! Large black plastic planting urns at a reasonable price, that won't go to pieces after a few winters like the expensive one we had made of fiber and clay/cement.

I normally wouldn't rate a store like this but the people were so nice and helpful. The selection is smaller than a full hardware store but they have everything that I need for a quick at-home project. It will always be my first choice because I can get in and out quickly

This is the definition of small town store! Everyone greets you with a smile, knowledgeable staff for any of your needs. Everyone that works in the yard is always so eager to help you load your materials. Win and Jimmy are the best father son team in the yard!!

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable. Jesse helped us with all our materials for our fence. He gave us tips on how to do our fence and gave suggestions when needed. I would recommend this store for building materials and accessories.
