Walmart Photo Centre

Bad bad idea to get your photos done here. Every single photo that I submitted came out extremely dark. Calling customer service is a joke. They told me that I need to physically go back to the photo centre when a staff member is working and call them from inside the store. I assume it's to verify the photos. I offered to send them pictures because the photo centre is only open until 6pm but they don't care. I called back a couple of days later to see if I got the same response and sure enough, it's the company policy. Go to London Drugs. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I’m giving them one star because there is not lower, but I guess you get what you pay for, or trying to pay for, because you get to the self check out, and you get harassed by a whole bunch of people barking at you, don’t take no for an answer trying to get you to sign for things, no matter how many times you say no they are like a dog with a bone. They can’t afford cashiers but they can afford hiring people to harassing their customers

business hours have been different for months, please update. depending on the staff, they might decline helping you its after 6. dont ask the person at the counter, thats the wireless staff and cannot help you. go to the cashiers to the right, but expect to wait as there are limited staff there who are usually helping the people buying electronics first, so dont expect to pick up immediately. make sure you have the email they sent you ready.

Purchased a gift card back in December as a gift, long story short there was an issue during the purchase as the employee was not trained properly and needed a supervisor assistance to complete the transaction. Fast forward 4 months, found out the card was not activated after the recipient tried to use the card and was declined. Brought receipts and giftcard back to the store and was advised they have a 48 hour policy for any issues. Who uses their giftcard within 48 hours of purchase? Had to jump through hoops to meet with the store manager, although he was nice enough to refer me to the corporate office, it was the same old lackluster response. The giftcard amount isn't large for $50, but ask yourself this question, how would you feel if this was you in the position I am in and why would I want to give me hard earned money to a corporation like Walmart with zero customer service?

The results are good, but it takes forever for items to be completed, mailed, and shipped. The last item I ordered took more than 3 weeks. The item before that was more than 2 weeks. The end result is good, but the weight is far too long and does not adhere to what they tell you when you order.

Not too crowded, but there were some items that I couldn't find or were out of stock as the baking soda

Not much to add to others' reviews, except much of the same; waiting around for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the Photo Centre after being told someone was coming; not finding your order after a minute of looking; and then forwarding you to call the head office to sort things out.Unfortunately head office is as clueless as they are, and can only direct you to the store to look for your photos.

I implore you not to use this service! Their print area is always a mess whenever I've used them in the past. However this past order has made them unusable for me in the future.Their system emailed me saying Ready for Pickup" so I went in and stood there waiting for them to bumble around a mess of packages trying to find my print. First they said "It's not in our system". Then they said it might be in their receiving area. Eventually they couldn't find it

Placed at order on 11/28 for next day pick up. Three weeks later its still not ready. I called for updates 3 times and was always told it is delayed due to the time of year. Called again today to see if I could get an estimate on when they would be ready, they said they couldn't find my order anywhere even with the order number provided. They gave me head office phone number and said they wouldn't be able to deal with it at the store level.
