Royal Pine Homes

Moved into a house built by royal pine. So many things could be better in my opinion. One of the showers off rip, first day when we moved in had low water pressure. Idk why you guys install homes with moen eco performance and then have poor water pressure but whatever. As the years go by there’s new discoveries of mess ups by the builders and who ever installs the other details, shower still horrible and the water pressure just gets worse and the temperature of the water isn’t consistent. Only one shower in the house for some reason is good. Maybe their model is outdated but personally after building I would consider doing my own renovations to fix what they couldn’t do. Also, I would recommend upgrading your interior designs when it comes to building the house. Homes are not timeless but maybe the year the house was built and bought, their design wasn’t up to standard.

I recently purchased a home from royal pine, and I couldn't be happier! It has been a great experience from beginning to end, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of my home. The attention to detail and the receptiveness from the staff have been exceptional.

They are very efficient and help me with my difficulties as quickly as possible every time. There was water at the door and they fixed it for me within a day, or on weekends. When applying for the network, the network company did not apply for us, and the staff of royalpine home were very enthusiastic to help us fix it, and it was really easy to communicate. This home buying experience was a pleasant one.

The staff were really helpful and sympathetic. We had an issue with the packaged internet deal with Royal Pine where the internet company was making us run in circles to get the deal. The staff was prompt to act, contacted the internet company and we got our deal.

Our family had purchased a single detached house from Royal Pine Homes and we have been very satisfied with the purchase.There was an equal amount of spacing left on both sides of our home between each of the neighbours and the quality of the finishes were second to none after paying for the upgrades. We are now looking to upgrade the size of our home and are waiting for their next development so that we can have some more space.Thank you to all of the staff at Royal Pine Homes, we wish you success in your future endeavours!

Worst experience of my life!!! - there is no better way to express Royal Pine Homes. They make empty promises and tell you that they will do certain things for you and never hold up there end. I have been living in my home close to a year and we did a 3 month review on the things that needed to be fixed and they have yet to fix those things. We have broken hardwood, broken kitchen cabinets, some of our tiles are broke, and much more. They always say they will show up the following week and never do. Furthermore, they have a little portable on site where customers can come in and speak to the contractors. As soon, as they see there is a customer knocking on the door - the immediately hide and do not answer the door as if they are not there. They do not like to take any blame so they throw their coworkers under the bus. No one is willing to help or hear your story so that they can create a better experience for you. I am definitely selling my home and buying a Green Park home. My previous home with them was an amazing experience! As soon as I would make a call, someone would come visit my home IMMEDIATELY and fix my solutions.Thank you for none of your help Royal Pines - you have been my worst nightmare

We weren’t told to register for a warranty within the first 60 days of moving for the 10 year manufacturers warranty. And now 7 years later, my furnace is breaking down, kids are freezing in the middle of winter with no coverage. This kind of information is vital and it’s the builders responsibility to inform us of this! Mattamy always informed me up front for my other properties and what’s even worse is that they’re not even doing anything to help either when it was clearly their lack of guidance information. Honestly, probably wouldn’t buy a Royal Pine home again and I suggest you don’t either. 0 stars are more worth it than 1 but that’s not an option.
