Liberty Home Inspections
10/10 would recommend! We were buying the property from out of state and were relying on our home inspector to be out eyes and ears. We hired Tyler with Liberty Home Inspections to check out a place for us in Eden VT.The entire process was made so simple. From scheduling with Kelly (who is awesome, friendly and communicative) to the completion of the inspection with Tyler. The software they use is great. The inspector used a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter to find several moisture and insulation issues. Even a drone to look at our metal roof without causing any damage.The inspection report was available by the time we checked our email the next morning. It gave us all the tools we needed to negotiate a 7k reduction is purchase price on a very competitive property. Couldn't be happier!

I appreciate how thorough Tyler is. He makes sure my buyers always know the important details about the house they are purchasing. Liberty was a great asset. Tyler was professional, informative, and detail orientated. He didnt just take the time to explain what I didn't understand but he expanded upon it and provided meaningful context to the concerns he found and helped me understand how some concerns could turn into major problems later.Good, detailed work that helped put my mind at ease.
