Hidden gem. The most compact of the Sommets, but the lines are short, the runs are varied and the chairs reliable. Had a fun 1/2 day!

Nice little mountain 45 minutes away from Montreal. They offer ski/snowboarding lessons.

The ski trails were well-maintained and offered a good variety from beginner to expert. The cafeteria and bar were dated but reasonably priced. I would suggest replacing the faded safety signs on the chair lift poles (the ones advising clients when to lift the safety bar for disembarkment). My son had an excellent one-hour private ski lesson, which included equipment rental and an additional one hour of practice skiing. We stayed nearby at the non-affiliated Hotel and Spa Mont-Gabriel. There is no advantage to stay at that hotel for its ski-in and ski-out" privileges

Great place to have family fun and go skiing.. It's nice mountain not verry crowded so you can spend few hours of fun with family and friends, lifts are not busy, you spend your day skiing instead of waiting in long lines at ski lift.. If you want a quit place to ski this is the right place as opposed to the huge and crowded ski resorts where there is big lines and take for ever to reach the top of the mountain.

I'm learnt to ski here as did my son and this hill is great for that. Not too busy and they have tons of ski instructors. Also the schedule is flexible for private lessons so you don't have pre-determine dates, just call in to make your appointment even if you bought a multi lesson pass. Since learning we have gone back for a few years, it is a small hill so the runs can get repetitive but we still enjoy it. Only issues are the chalet which could use a renovation, especially the washrooms plus the food is terrible, they need more fresh and healthy options instead of the standard junk, so bring your lunch.
