Our apartment issues never get resolved! They just come,inspect, tell us they will take care of it soon, and we never hear back from them again! Also, they close the cases without taking care of the issue! We have had flooring that needed to be changed for the past 1.5 years, water damage in the bathroom for the past few months,etc. all of which they have inspected multiple times and never taken any action despite saying they would!

Our contact at Dash (Chris) made this a great experience. They were quick to address maintenance and helpful during move in and out.

I recently had a service request where Dera followed up and followed through so quickly and had a tech out within days to fix. She followed up and followed through with the request through to completion. Anytime I need anything they are always so quick to respond. Their service is always so professional.
