Outstanding people. Groomer does a great job, best we have found! She sends you pics of the dog after the groom, and she lives for her interaction with our dog. And a nice girl to boot!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a great selection of products! Staff were accommodating, and helped me find the most appropriate products for my dog. They also gave me dog food samples, which is so helpful especially with a picky eater. Thank you Pet Planet!

Nice store, great selection of products, good prices, and love the all natural thing they have going on. However the lady working would not leave me alone, she was almost forceful with sales. She suggested about 6 different products although I was looking for a specific brand, and found it no problem. She literally wouldn’t stop talking, I felt like I was at a furniture store. I’ll definitely go back to purchase other products, but hope the experience will be better.

Tiffany is a great groomer! She did an amazing job with my Golden Retriever. She also does the best job cleaning up furry paws (grinch toes). Thank you for being so kind and treating my dog so well!

Even doesn’t deserve a single star..my experience very bad with this management..I left apartment in march and applied for another management so I can live near by my family..I paid this mgt on time and my behaviour was so good when I was living in their apartment and I filled the application to apply for apartment with smith mgt and gave their name as reference which was my biggest mistake and I didn’t get approved for apartment just because their reference where I find day care for my son..because of their word said to smith mgt I struggled a lot to find other apartment..so my advice to mgt if somebody apply with other mgt and person paid for everything you said please don’t do you people did to me…=

Clean store, decent selection. Prices are pretty high. We didn't find staff very friendly or helpful.

Don't go here unless you like getting double charge and NOT refunded!!Book an appt for my dog to get groomed - The groomer did a great job and I'm very pleased with the results so this has nothing to do with the groomer themselves. Once my service was done, I went in to pay and get my dog. Processed my payment, the machine said accepted and I went on my marry way, until the casher chased me down in the parking lot saying my payment didn't go through. I told her that the machine said accepted but she insisted it didn't go through because she couldn't see it on her end in the system so I trusted her judgement and did it again because weird things can happen with technology...Checked my account the next day to see yup I've been double charge and have now paid $240 for my dogs grooming. I called the store and they told me that the owner is the only one who could look into my double charge and it may take 48 hours for them to see it.. so I waited. AND I'M STILL WAITING! It's been pasted the 48 hours and I have called numerous times with the same response We will leave a message for the owner" - Where is the owner? What kind of customer service is that? As a small business owner myself

Super friendly and helpful—walked in looking for information on dog grooming, and even though they aren’t able to do big dogs anymore, they told me where their former big dog groomer went and made other recommendations as well!
