Scotia bank in sudbury, is one of the most irritating branch. It takes 2 hours just to create a single account. I think thats hopeless.

Very helpful explaining issues hard to understand. Great place to bank however, if you have an older android phone it will not be compatible with Scotiabank mobile banking app.

Bad customer service ... Service providers are too busy having discussions in the cabin rather then attending the clients ... just wanted the bank to know our time is precious too . Plz respect ur clents time and value them

Scotia has been my bank since I first opened an account 20+ years ago...First I started with a student account, then progressed to the account I currently have.. which has low fees and excellent features!!!Any issues I have, they have it fixed right away, even if it was my fault the one time!I'm committed to Scotia and will be for as long as I can!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

They take forever to answer the phone. Service is slow and if you wait a bit on the phone, they just hang up on you. Theirs always only 1-3 advisors there as well. My service has not been good with the waiting time. I should not be waiting very long times just to see or speak to someone.

Slowest service. Advisor was nice. Confidentiality lacks. Phone service is horrible. I don't want to talk to a call centre agent... I want to speak to someone at branch level then when you wait on the phone, they transfer you back to the branch (waste of time to bounce back and fourth) just to get hung up on mid transfer. It's completely ridiculous and clients shouldn't have to deal with that. Went into branch to be given a business card with the wrong information. The extension I was given doesn't even exist, so I was hung up on. Email reply also lacks. It's not hard to send clients follow up details letting them know you received their requested documents.

The telephone automated system you have is frustrating and lousy. Can’t reach anyone when you need to.That doesn’t say much for your bank.

Having all three atms out of service and a 10+ customer line is a very poorly managed bank.
