Disagree I ask for a trip to Cuba from 8 of July till the 18 and I the hotel from July the 11 to 18 the guy said someone is going to call you and they never did. I've got my ticket at redtag good offer and great services.

They sounded promising at first while taking my request, but stopped responding to my emails and never got back to me with my inquiry for a corporate group travel quote.

I’ve call today March 25,2022 talked to the owner I told the gentleman that I want to go to Açores,São Miguel in July and come back on August gave him the dates to go and come back.He starts by saying if I was ready to pay 1400.00 dollars I asked him is that was including taxes he said yes .He said for me that he was too busy with he’s with his regulars customers and if he spend 30 minutes with me or more and I didn’t book my ticket .He wasn’t going to make money I was surprised how rude this gentleman became so angry and rude with me on the phone while I treated him will respect he told me everyone has internet look and book online.I said that he was been very rude. I never thought that someone that has a travel agency that serves the public could treat a customer this way I told that I was good to report him to the Consumer report which he said go ahead and disconnected the phone on me this gentleman shouldn’t be serving the public .Please don’t book which this agent.. So I called another travel agency Well I went to On vacation first class I paid 2400.00 dollars loved it going back home and he lost a customer .I don’t recommend this agency at all from 0 to 10 I give a 0

I had a wonderful and professional experience when booking my family trip to Cancun, Mexico with Maurizio in May 2023. His knowledge about the resort were on point. He made planning this trip hassle free and enjoyable. I will definitely use this agency again!

Terrible service. They don’t return calls or follow up with any information. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Vilija is super nice and very accommodating. Probably the best travel agent in Toronto. She took her time and waited for us as we decided on how to move forward with our trip. We will definitely book with Vilija in the future. Thanks again!!
