I went into the store with the firm intent of changing carrier and joining BELL but was greeted with the total lack of courtesy, professionalism or simple customer service by Mr Mici at this location.Thanks to him Bell can count me out of ever becoming a client.

We had an amazing experience with Bell center at Galeries d'Anjou! Lucas, the employee who's helped us was very helpful, very patient and very nice! We're really happy with the service we got :)

No customer service and not much respect for clients. Of course if you go there to buy a phone and get new line they'll be super nice and polite. Once you go back because you have any type of issues they won't even try to help you. The guy litterely walked off

I was desperate because my cell phone was inflicted with a virus and i went to the Bell mobility store at Galeries Danjou. I was extremely fortunate to encounter Wadii. He took the time and had the patience to clean my phone and get rid of the virus. I'm extremely grateful for his assistance. I would like to comment his services. Great customer sweetcorn. I shall remain loyal to Bell because of customer service agents like Wadii.

Went for an upgrade on my phone and my sales rep was Lucas. He was more than helpful. I was afraid to get the same lousy service from the last time i visited. Thankfully he was there and service was impeccable.

Today, my old cell phone stopped working and Mici & Omar had helped me in transferring the existing SIM onto a new unlocked cell phone & helped me to configure the new phone to work well.I really appreciate Omar & Mici professional help & advice ( free of charge ).
