I've had to go a lot recently, staff is friendly. I am on a tight schedule and always book an appointment, every time I arrive on time or even a bit early however i always have to wait. People that are booked for later appointments or are not even on the board are called ahead.This location is close to me so I book expecting to be in an out in no more than 10min, but that never happens.

No complaints. Wait times can be between ~10-15 minutes after appointment. Facility is clean, people at reception are nice n friendly and lab technicians are good.

My family & I have used the lab services at this location several times.They are organized by asking that appointments must be booked ahead of time. This allows the staff to manage the flow of people coming in. Plus during these Covid times, people are processed quickly without having to wait around for their turn. There is a warm, friendly atmosphere at this location which is appreciated since people coming here have health issues and are shown some kindness & compassion.

Went here today - Appointment was for 1:10pm, no wait time and more importantly, the guy who took my blood was awesome. Extremely friendly, understanding and helpful and even got my vein first try. Can't recommend them, and specifically the guy that helped me more (it was an older white guy with an accent).

Amazing service at this location. I booked with this location as all others in KW were booked until the end of the month. COVID protocols were well executed. Staff members were friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about the gentleman who drew my blood, he was an absolute joy to talk with and was very skilled in finding a vein. Highly recommend booking your appointment in advance if possible, definitely makes life easier without wait times.

I saw Eileen this morning for an appointment that I had at 9:40.I was called in at exactly 9:40, she was fast, efficient and very gentle. I was out of there within 10 minutes after having my bloodwork done and doing and waiting in a 1 person line to do a urine sample.Will definitely be back to this location for further needs and will request Eileen if possible!! Fantastic job :)

I have been here for all my gestational diabetes blood work during my pregnancy. Best experience and friendly staff. Never felt a thing every time they pricked me with the needle.Make sure you book an appointment as the wait time for walk in time can be way too long.
