Muddy Men Construction

These men receive NO STARS from me. Contracted to install a septic system for our charitable organization, Shades of Hope, this company completed their job and were paid in full. In less than a year the system was overflowing and grey water was flooding into areas where both personnel and animals had to slop through it. My initial call brought a technician out to the property to look at the problem. He basically threw his hands up and said i guess the water table is too high"!! For 3 months I have phoned and phoned and have been completely ignored. My calls are not returned. Calling from a different phone

Called to have them come and service my septic. Signed an annual contract but have not been able to get anyone to call me back in almost 2 years.When they did answer initially they were very nice to deal with. But if I can't get them to respond or come out to service my system nice doesn't help me unfortunately.
