They have helped me in many ways, including my physical health, perseverance as well as my confidence. The studio is always maintained properly, and the instructors are the nicest and most patient

Great studio for people of all ages to learn and develop martial arts and life skills. Teachers are very friendly and really great with kids. They offer a variety of classes suitable for everyone. Such a great fixture that has a positive impact on the community. Can’t recommend this place enough. Nothing but high praise.

I wish I could give this studio 10 stars! Kongquest is more than place to learn tools for discipline and a way to fight obstacles. It is a way for a better life. Raoul is a fantastic instructor and he is so amazing with the kids (and adults, too). He keeps them very engaged and they're always having so much fun while learning a ton. He's a great motivator. Sign up, you won't regret it!
