Just want to give a shout out to all the men and woman at NAPD for there excellent business and work ethic . Thanks for all the performance parts and work done. Brought in my ford 550 service truck to get a complete transmission rebuild , when I got my truck back I was missing bolts out of my transmission pan and it had a leak. I confronted them about this and they brought me into the back of there shop to show me the PTO valve bank that was zip tied to my frame and told me that one of the lines on the valve bank was running on my drive line and that was why it was leaking. At this point I'm already irrated because that valve bank had a bracket and was Not zip tied when I gave it to them. Now here's the kicker, they have the nerve to tell me to go and find a hydraulic shop and get a line made up and to put it on.... Are you kidding me? I give them my truck with no leaks and no rubbed lines and I got back a leaky mess with missing transmission pan bolts and they had the nerve to tell me to go fix the leak myself after I paid them 7000$ absolute hack work from the mechanics there and I'm appalled that they even tried to give me my truck back to tell me to fix the issues they created. To make matters worse I go to fix their garbage workmanship and I find the leak is coming from the PTO pump gasket on the side of my transmission. So I pull the pump off and to my utter disappointment they didn't even use a new gasket and they also used mix matched bolts to secure the pump there was two drive line bolts used instead of taking 5 mins to order the right ones they also failed to tighten the top bolt on the pump because it's very difficult to get at. I literally took it off with my hand. I wouldn't even pay 100$ for the work they did. They are absolute hacks and horrible mechanics I suggest no one take they're truck here. To spend 7000$ and get that many problems back and to have to service manager act like it was my duty to address these issues when I didn't have anything of them before they touched my truck is just plain sad. Horrible shop horrible mechanics in the back and overall a nightmare of an experience

I bought a transmission for my 2002 Ford and the sales personal was very professional, their very educated in there products. Also the service team was very good replaced it in expected amount of time. Defenetly recommend NADP for everyone in need of transmissions.

Went in to get my 08 Ram 6.7L deleted. Prices were fair, service was top notch and the techs took the time to explain how the tuner works. The work came out with zero imperfections, I initially decided to check out NADP due to their high ratings and wasn’t disappointed.
