Bob & Jo-Anne did a fantastic job selling our home (for the 2nd time). They did their homework and had an action plan in place within a couple of days. More importantly they listened to what we were looking for and found our new home as well. In a crazy real estate market, they kept us focused . Both were a bit unusual and i was not expecting them to move quickly but in both cases, they were sold before they even got on the multiple listings and for more than the asking price. We used Maynes Real Estate Group for the sale of our home last year! We met with Stacey and Bob and they suggested a listing price that they felt appropriate for the market at that time. There was a home beside us that had been for sale for several months and had not sold yet. It was priced higher than ours. We were very happy with both the video and the pictures that were prepared of our home. They held one open house and we recieved our offer the next day.
