Ordered fried rice. Terrible food quality. Chicken was bad and has no taste. Hope the authorities will look into their food quality. AVOID this place.

The green curry was not bad, but the pad Thai was quite good. Service is minimal but it's good for a quick lunch or takeout.

One restaurant staff here rates delivery persons bad for no reason. I am not sure, maybe he is not happy with his job but they need to be professional and have a good attitude. Also if I don't remember bad, that staff's clothes was pretty dirty like he was working in construction or something.

I ordered chicken fried rice with chicken and specifically requested no seasoning especially no salt and was reassured no salt or seasoning would be added or basil for flavourI arrived home to eat it and to much dismay and disgust the food was very saltyI am on a strict no salt diet and had to throw this outI called the red and informed the women answering the phone of this matter and her ignorant response was there is no such thing as no salt or soya so how can anyone taste anythingWhat an uneducated response coming from a restaurant working in a hospital environmentHow pathetic20 dollars wastedWake up and get educated

Absolutely horrible and disappointing. I ordered a chicken Pad Thai and a Golden Curry Tofu noodle dish on Sunday evening and both my husband and I did not like our meals. My husband said his Pad Thai noodles were oily and dry with very little sauce and said it was light on the chicken. My Golden Curry noodle dish was worse. The noodles were cold, over cooked, stuck together and had very, very, very little curry, so little curry that I couldn't separate the noodles. They're supposed to be tossed in the curry but were not because there wasn't enough curry to do so, just awful. I bet there wasn't enough curry left near the end of the night and all they did was scape the bottom of pot and lightly poured it over cold noodles, even the veggies seemed mushy and old. Don't bother with this location. I've eaten at the Scarborough Town Center location many times and it eas really, really good unlike this location. Should have gone to Ginger.

I always see people here being so rude to the employees and they always handle it in such a professional manner. I’ve never had an issue with them and their food is great. I hope people start treating them better.

Online ordering system doesn't work here so don't even bother with it. I placed an order for this location using the Thai express website and the store didn't receive it.What a waste of time!- May 23 2023----Too much fish ingredient in my pad Thai. Only thing I can smell while eating the chicken pad Thai. The place does have good fried rice though. I will stick to the latter next time.

We ordered through Uber eats and the pasta in the bottom was plain no sauce. Also it does not look like a Pad Thai.Simply the worst Pad Thai ever.
