Thermokill is a company I would recommend to anyone dealing with bed bug issues.They provided a one-day treatment with less prep work and a guarantee.They completed a heat treatment and spray. After two weeks, the owner of the company himself came to do an inspection to make sure everything was good.Thank you to the whole team & staff. I am one VERY happy customer!!!I would recommend them highly to anyone having any pest problems as they exceeded all expectations!

Worth every penny! The communication was excellent from the very first phone call. They were able to book us in earlier than they originally thought they could. I was able to contact them at all times throughout the treatment and get them to take care of things I missed during prep. The service includes vacuum, heat, and spray, which is what you need to kill the bugs and then keep them out! After the treatment, the exterminators gave us precise instructions for items to wash and throw out to guarantee no re-infestations. It was clear that they put a lot of care into their work and helping their clients! We have been completely bed bug free since. Thank you ThermoKill!

I called Thermokill for bedbug extermination and I am very thankful for their services. This was my first time my family and I experienced bed bugs and they were able to finish the job in 1 day. They provide you with a walk-through checklist a few days prior to the job so you are better prepared and know what to expect. They came on time, handled our belongings with care, sent me videos and pics as they were exterminating the bugs and were very professional. Thermokill did an amazing job with our bed bug extermination. We were unfortunately infested with bed bugs and had to reach out to professionals to help us handle it. Everyone from the admin to the technicians that came to carry out the heat treatment and the ones that came to do the inspection were punctual and detailed in their approach. We were also fully informed on how to prepare for the treatment and they answered all the questions we had for them. The treatment included a fully comprehensive inspection, heat treatment (includes steaming, heat and chemical treatments), as well as follow-up treatments with warranty.The follow-up technicians were incredibly thoughtful and made sure to check any problem areas and even offered to quickly spray any places we were still wary about on that day.Two weeks later, I'm very satisfied with the treatment and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to get rid of them as well! We're finally able to have a good night's sleep :)

We called this company out for an inspection as we found a single bed bug. Someone came out that day. I showed him a pic of what we saw. Before he even looked around he told us if we have one then for sure we have more. He looked around in 1 bedroom and didn’t find any bugs but showed us something and said it was a skin. Told us it would be $3800 to get the heat treatment and we had to pay $1000 deposit. We paid it and set a date for 2 days later. The next day we decided to get a second opinion. That company came out and found nothing. They looked thoroughly through our house, they suggested to set traps and wait a week to see what we get. We felt more comfortable doing that.(we didn’t have any bedbugs only a single male ) I called thermokill to cancel the treatment for the next day and get $1000 back. They said that they had a cancellation policy of 24hrs. That was never stated to us or it was not written anywhere on any documents. They said after a week of arguing with them that they would keep $500 and return the rest. We ended up going to visa to get a full refund as we didn’t get the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest. The guy they sent just seemed like a salesman.

When you first realize you have bedbugs it is a very devestating thing. Thermokill came in the next day and eased all of our worries. They were professional, helpful and always there to answer questions along the way. From the customer service, to the sales reps, to the technicians, everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

They used both heat and chemical applications while treating my home, and the follow up inspection was included in this fee.The techs are courteous and respectful, and did a great job exterminating bedbugs from my home.All in all great value for the services and peace of mind they provide.10/10 would recommend !
