Intact Service Centre

I left my car for bumper repairs for 2 weeks and when I received my car back it was not fixed properly. CSN Hunt Club was the repairer. Not only was the bumper not fixed but the upper moulding was broken. Before I left my car for repairs my trunk was clean and now it is messy. It was terrible service.

The problem i have with this whole affair is that they promised the car on a specific date and couldn't deliver. Instead they keep telling me a date at witch it will be ready, just to be told it will not. A job that was supposed to take 2 weeks to do, actually took 5 weeks to do. I blame the repair shop on poor delivery of productThe personnel at this establishment Intact are great people, and quite professional.

We had to take out car in due do an accident . Our appointment was at 1;15 . The staff was very polite and professional. Very clean and all covid protocols were applied . Taking all our info , talking to the adjuster and doing the walk around for the rental , we were done in 20 minutes . Extremely happy with their service .

Got into an accident around 4 made a claim after making a report and was told to go to intact to pick up a rental and leave my car there for body work. Drove 20 mins on the highway with no window and got there at 6:15pm and they were closed early for some reason. called the helpline and all they said was that even they cant get a hold of them and to just put some plastic on my door and come back tomorrow. I dont get why they confirm that i can go there just for no one to be there. I dont know what happened but it looks like to me that the employees could be stealing time.

We had to have our car fixed after a minor accident that wasn't our fault. Intact took care of everything. I just dropped the car off there one morning and after about 30 minutes of paperwork, car inspection, and chatting with the people there, I drove out in the rental they had arranged. About two weeks later, a 5 minute appointment was involved in trading the rental for our car. They made the whole process completely painless.

Had a minor fender bender around Christmas and the whole process working with the service centre was a pleasure. My insurance offered it as a one-stop-shop with insured repairs and no hassle, and that's exactly what it was. I don't know why anyone would want to go through the headache of choosing their own shop, negotiating/communicating quotes and timelines. I showed up and was the only customer they were serving, my Enterprise rental car was ready to go, they hosed off my vehicle before sending it off to one of their partner repair shops, they told me what to expect re. supply chain delays and how it may affect the process, and I was on my way. I was in and out in under 15 min, even less for when I dropped off the rental and picked up my fixed car a few weeks later (which was expertly done). They kept me updated regularly and called the repair shop on my behalf when I had a question they couldn't answer. Would recommend that anyone chooses the intact service centre if offered via their insurance!

These guys have a solid system going. When someone backed into my car I brought it in here to get fixed up. They have a great process and you don't even have to leave to get a rental..everything is done on-site!
