Terrible experience at this location. I never write reviews, however recently remembered when I went to this location (2020) the customer service was horrendous. So much so that I had to come back here and write a review... Dealt with a women (brunette) at this store, she was probably in her 40s? and treated us like second class citizens. Birks - you can do better.

Always receive amazing customer service. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Connie is extremely helpful and always greets my kids when we come to the store!

I have never received better customer service! Shawn Ma when through every engagement ring with my fiancé and helped him weigh out the pros and cons for his needs. Your knowledge, patients and kindness helped us select a ring and pay in under an hour!Thank you Shawn and we can’t wait to visit again.

If you are planning on purchasing and financing anything from here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.They deal With flexiti. Once you make your payments they will not receive it. You will then get a late payment notification. Afte bouncing from birks and flexiti they will do your payment manually. You would think this is a one of, but it happens every month! Your credit will take a hit even if you are making payments on time.

I am a new customer at Birks and I was acquainted with an employee by the name of Shawn. He was VERY helpful and very knowledgeable on every item I asked about, whether it was a watch or ring or earring. The customer service at this location is phenomenal and I will definitely be a returning customer. Professional, respectful and knowledgable employees is very important for a business and Birks has definitely exceeded my expectations.

I visit the square one location only to see Connie, she is the absolute best and helped me with my custom wedding band. My husband also purchased my engagement ring from her previously and my parents shop with her also for the past few years. We absolutely love Maison Birks and Connie and will continue to shop with her as long as she is working there!
