This company handles ticketing and payment for Toronto Pearson (specifically for wrongful parking along the terminal ramps). They mailed an invoice on the 5th. It arrived in the mailbox on the 15th (Friday). Payment was due by 16th (Saturday). And if not paid by that day (which is weekend and FI usually push processing to weekday) there was a higher amount due and clearly that was going to happen, giving timing of when ticket arrived. They made an error by ticketing me incorrectly. They did not check their own image captures of the vehicle in violation and sent it to the wrong (my) address. I tried calling for 4 hours on the 15th to rectify the problem (I initially called to inquire about the charge, then checked their payment website to check the images they'd uploaded which confirmed my initial instinct that the charge was wrongly applied). No one answered the phone. There was an automated message to leave a voice-mail but the voice-mail box was full. What kind of customer service is that?! So I sent an email and now, almost a week later, I get an automatic reply that they received my email and will be in touch. So, STILL, no response. Pathetic. At this rate I should be given the overdue amount (with interest) as compensation for the hassle, inconvenience and their poor service. And what's worse...the correct license plate holder is going to get the ticket with the interest charged because they clearly missed the due date (they didn't even get the ticket...or they did and now SinglepointGI would potentially get payment from multiple parties. What a scam). Do better Toronto Pearson & SinglepointGI!!

Picked my spouse up on a specific date in April 14. On may 29 I received a ticket infraction. I didn’t stop nor park. Picked her up at a pole #. Sent an email asking for a picture of the infraction and told to call. The notice date was may 25 2023 and the amount due date was may 23 2023. There has to be some place to monitor scams like this.
