Zero customer service! You won't get any support from Mr. Brunt except some signatures. Paper work not completed at the time of signing, information given for the selling fees was incorrect . We had an issue with the seller not keeping the sale agreement to repair the cooking range and the whole team from Mr Brunt office including himself were defending the seller. Save your headache and avoid that office!And the office waiting room is freezing cold.

I have dealt with Gerald Brunt's law office for over 18 years. I have been satisfied on many occasions in the quality and timeliness of the services I received. Mr. Brunt has also serviced the needs of many family members and friends who offered only positive comments on the ease and satisfaction of working with Mr. Brunt and his team.Mr. Brunt is patient and takes the time to understand each situation. He is also practical and realistic.Mr. Brunt's office can get busy during peak times because he has a desire to help those who are in need of his representation. In my opinion, the staff at Mr. Brunt's law office are knowledgeable, efficient and demonstrate good customer service standards.

I only had a brief encounter with them. They were the lawyer for the people we bought our house from. I called because two weeks into living in the new house the alarm was going off and we were never given a code. They told me I had to call my lawyer that they would not call their client on my behalf. I had a one year old and a two year old sitting on my front lawn for an hour and my lawyer was done for the day. The real estate agent for the seller saved the day. Not only would they not help me they were very rude about it. Did not care that their failure to pass on important information left us in the cold as the alarm was too loud for their little ears. Since all real estate lawyers cost about the same, dodge the ones with no compassion.

Jara and the fine team at the law office of Gerald Brunt assisted with two wills and POAs and did an outstanding job! They were professional, thorough, and very accommodating to my personal circumstance including a family member out of town. Jara was very responsive from the first call through to completion. She worked diligently to identify the best solution after carefully assessing my circumstances and crafting wills and POAs catered to my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jara and team. This was the first time using them but it wouldn't be the last.

I've recently purchased a home and used Gerald Brunt and his team. I found their customer service and just overall helpful nature non existent. I had to send many emails and call numerous times to find out what was going on and if they had everything they needed and things were running smoothly. Their communication through the process was extremely lacking. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Gerald and his team are always very courteous. Gerald is extremely knowledgeable and helps me with all my real estate questions! I've been doing business with him for years and will continue to in the future.

Unfortunately I have to give this a 1 in order to post my review. Having been a legal secretary, I can absolutely say I have never encountered such an unprofessional law office. Gerald Brunt’s fees are cheaper than others I’ve seen in the Durham Region, him and his teams’ work ethic confirms why.

We were 100% satistied with the service we received. Jara was very Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

If I could give this office a zero, I would. Fees are substantially higher than other lawyers for no increased value. The office organization, communicate and effective distribution of paperwork (ie. doing what I paid then for) is sub par at best. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Gerald and Linda are amazing!! They answered SEVERAL of my questions and were supportive and patient through a very difficult time for myself. They definitely went over and above their job duties. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
