Pediatric and Adult Walk In Clinic - Court Street Medical Centre

Took my child who's 8 to the walk in here. Received excellent, through care and was in and out likely split. For us, was a great experience.

Doctor was very unwelcoming. When i tried to explain to him my symptoms he stopped me and told me to only answer his questions and nothing more in a very rude way. I never seen doctors treating their patients this way. I was shocked. I wouldn’t recommend going there!

Worst “care” if you want to call it that, I’ve ever received. I don’t even know the doctors name because he pretty much walked in checked my ears, throat and temp and walked out. I had to yell down the hall are you done? I was crying in pain my neck was swelling and he did nothing for me after waiting for two hours.

I went in for prescription renewal and ask for blood work requisition. Was sent to Dr. Crysler filled my prescription but proceeds to explain to me they dont do blood work, points at a chart on his wall about the debt that doctors have caused, and anyone that did that is now fired. I tried to explain my family doctor did it in the past as well as my specialist because my medication and liver enzymes, he rolls his eyes says no no not for that. I went to another clinic she said the complete opposite, and has no idea what he is talking about. He also faked his own death falsified documents in new york can find it on google. Avoid him at all costs

so i came here two weeks ago.. had back pain and i needed to take a urine sample for something. i got pain meds for my back. but i never received a call back about the sample i took. so i’ve been calling for a cpl days no answer they finally answer today. I get told that they have nothing about me taking that sample and they have no idea about anything. the girl is saying she wasn’t the one that gave me it when indeed it was. so now my sample is just nowhere to be found apparently and it’s disgusting because like what they could use that for other things like literally and wow anything I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE SAVE URSELFS

Came with my small kid, he has very bad cough in the last few days and I am concerned he might have a pneumonia. At the time of the visit he didn't have fever and felt relatively well. The doctor checked his chest trough the clothes, checked the temperature and the throat, asked few questions and let us go. I voiced my concern that we might need an antibiotic and he declined, also didn't recommend x-ray or any other procedure. We went home and the my son cough has increased. If he has further complications after that visit I don't know where to complain. We are still waiting for a family doctor for more then 2 years, since we moved in this area.Updating the review: I used the same clinic few times and found better service and good doctors, my guess is the quality of service was lower due to the influx of patients during the winter months that they weren't able to cope with.

There should me a zero start . The receptionist ( Nermian ) is mean , rude, and zero professional. They should take action regarding this lady . Came at 6:45 and the office was close . So I asked her through the window why is it close is there is still time . She didn’t care and came to windows turn off the sign and close the curtains on my face. Went inside the pharmacy and the door was open. I asked her why she treated me like that and she only had attitude and was being really rude to me. She didn’t apologize or anything until i felt really overwhelming to the point that she made me cry then she said sorry and ask why I was crying. I couldn’t talk and she kept telling me to leave and that I was weird . This is not the way patients should be treated.

After experiences at another major walk in I was nervous to try another clinic near niagara. But this place was surprising, the doctors actually listen and care about you as a human vs a paycheque.Dr Chrysler and Dr Vassey were the first in the whole region to actually listen to my partner, and their complicated diagnosis, after multiple clinic and ER visits they were the only doctors in the city willing to save my partners life.The receptionists are actually competent and have a personality/ professionalism, they are kind and genuine.

I have been to this clinic a few times now. The reception has always been friendly and functional (and I witnessed the reviewer who claims a rude reception recently - the amazing administrator handled things very professionally imo). I have been to clinics that stop accepting patients at 6 when they close at 7. This clinic always accepts patients later than they realistically should. We were accepted one time at 630 with a full waiting room and didn't see a doctor until 8 (they closed at 7). The doctor has had a good bedside manner and helped us each time. Everyone has their own experience here, I am happy to share mine.

I would not recommend this place to anybodyI almost overdoze my 10 months baby, because their pharmacist put in the system that my son was born in 2002, and it was 2022.Very negligence staff. Also we found the pediatrician fake his death in USA and he has no license to work in USA anymore however He has license to work in Canada. It's very funny ehh?I will take legal action again this place..
