Staff are respectful and kind. Best walk in clinic I’ve gone to. The wait isn’t very long and the doctor actually listens to you.

Me and my spouse recently visited this walk-in clinic. Front desk staff was friendly and polite; doctors were also friendly and professional. However, clinic was too busy, about 90 min waiting for a workday. Also, receptionist was clumsy with medical records, she typed wrong addresses for us even though she was given driver license with address on it. We noticed this in pharmacy and laboratory during blood test, which caused us so much time to correct the address. God knows how far this clerical error will hunt us in future. Perhaps, they chew more than what they can handle! I tried to be fair in review, but people need to know when want to find a clinic to visit.

It is currently a very challenging time for those in the health care field. It is no secret that there is a Doctor shortage in British Columbia. This leads to an influx of patients seeking walk ins to provide all their health care needs. Which means longer wait times, Doctors carrying a larger number of patients and a lack of proper patient care. This tends to happen when staff is spread too thin. I am very grateful to say my experience with Orchard Medical Clinic and Dr. Lange has been the complete opposite of what many Canadians are experiencing right now.I have visited Dr. Lange as a walk in patient and he is now my primary Doctor. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care I have received from Dr. Lange. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. You can tell he genuinely cares about your health and well being. Despite the large number patients he has to help he is always thorough, personable, positive and engaged. He makes you feel seen and heard when presenting any questions or concerns. Which is something my previous Doctor failed to do.Wether I am asking about drug interactions, health concerns, preventative measures or lifestyle changes Dr. Lange is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you present him with certain medications he knows the exact discovery questions to find the root of the problem, what the side effects may be and how it’s best utilized or not. You can tell he is extremely competent and you feel safe in his care.I would recommend Dr. Lange to any family or friends. He is consummate professional who has helped me greatly. Recently saw Dr Livingstone here and overall happy with my experience. Wait time given of 30 minutes was mostly accurate, people are nice and communicate well. Take the negative views with a grain of salt. If you've worked service you know how fast it is for some people to lose their marbles over stupid stuff.

The reception here is amazing! They are so patient and friendly. They were so busy, I sat waiting for over 3 hours. They faced several frustrated patients and were asked the same questions over again. They stayed polite, understanding and patient when most people were be curt and annoyed. 5+ stars! Thank you!!

Having been inactivated by my family Dr. ( I didnt know they could do that ) I found myself dealing with Dr.Livingstone. He is the consumate professional, very thorough, and was able to put me on the right path. Thank you!

I recently lost my family doctor so I showed up at the walk-in to renew my prescriptions. Front staff was friendly and efficient. Wait time was 30 minutes. Saw Dr. Livingstone who was also friendly and efficient. He took care of business and made himself available to discuss other concerns, including a referral. It was a far better experience than the doctor that I lost, and I will return. 100% satisfaction. Thank you.

Called just now, the answering machine says the office is closed and then goes onto say office hours are 08:00-15:00 Mon-Fri and phone service begins at 09:00.It is 10:30 on a Wednesday. No reason the office and phone lines should be closed.Edit to respond to the owner:I understand that's a popular excuse to use these days, but there's no reason to lie to people. Don't lie and say you're closed when you're not, tell the truth and say you're busy or understaffed.If you're satisfied with lying to people and then defending it, what else are you lying about? As a medical office, this is a horrible practice to defend.I will not adjust my expectations to the level at which I expect a medical office to lie to me, and no one else should either.

Staff are great, the nurse that takes you in is the best. Very nice andcompassionate. The Doctor that I see is friendly but the follow up careis really terrible. In my humble opinion they are burnt out.
