I’ve dealt directly with Chris Clarke during my tenancy and he’s been very helpful, communicative, and friendly.At the start of the tenancy, he was clear and provided explanation of all the paper work and steps that were needed for my housemate and I. It was very helpful in what can be a quite hectic time.When we encountered an slight issue with our fridge, we let him know and he got back to us to help resolve the problem right away.Now that we’re moving on, Chris continues to communicate with us very well. He first asks when it’s best for us to be out of our apartment for viewings and lets us know well ahead of time when viewings have been schedule.The whole tenancy has been easy and a great experience with Chris and Real Property Management. Chris really shows that he cares for his tenants well being.

Very impressed with Chris! I found him to be professional. He presents himself well and my favorite trait he has is tardiness. He calls and responds to my messages and future tenant prospects in a timely fashion, I think this is very important when trying to rent a suite.
