Unbelievable that in 2018 you ask customers who place an order six months ahead of time making a full payment by credit card to queue again after local pick up so that your inventory system can be updated. Your operations manager needs to catch up with trends in the industry and I am happy to assist as a parent of the College Laval Parental Committee if more feedback from our parents is required to get this right in 2019

extremely hot there because of hot weather and metal roof of them. No air conditioner. too much hot there. everyone was sweating. in try rooms really kids were feeling suffocation. really bad experience.

The pants have shrunk a lot after the first wash with cold water. Very disappointed for the low quality and high price.

The school uniforms are of extremely low quality and extremely expensive. The buttons fall off, the material breaks apart. The items get delivered late. Half of the clothes need to be thrown away after a couple of months. I have no idea why any school would choose this company. This feels like yet another scam uniform company that will eventually go out of business. Simply pathetic.

do not use a standard clothing sizing system. difficult to translate into normal sizes. returns are difficult.no payments online. you have to wait 3-4 days before they call you back for you CC numbers. hopefully your not in a meeting or driving. quality is low. prices are high

The collection is shrinking year per year, and the stock is shaky: a lot of sizes missing.On the plus side, pants are now in a central location so no more checking the other schools for pants.

Really dislikes my experience. The staff is all mixed up between online and in-store orders. Some of the items from the online order are missing. You can pay for one thing in one cash registry, but to pay for another you have to go and wait in another line... Hate monopolies of uniforms. Seems like they realize that no matter their service, parents will buy the overpriced items because it's required by the school.

lots of assistants on the floor — very helpful staff; shoes brands and quality is way better than we had with previous provider. It’s sad some shoe sizes like 41+ are not in stock. Boys getting big these days, c’mon! :)

Well organized racks make it easy to find what you are looking for. Prices are a little on the higher end, especially for the shoes, and the current staff shortages have impacted the level of service...but you'll find what you are looking for - no doubt.
