The owners were absolutely delightful! Paid SUCH great attention to detail. I'm a very picky person and he attended to all my requests. I was hesitant to come because of the Google rating, however, the ratings are not at all accurate!10/10 would come back again when in Montreal

Friendly, attentive, nice color palette for shelac, courteous & timely service, overall work well done - I'm satisfied. They just lack some organisation: started with 1 lady, after preparing 1 foot she changed for another because a customer came requesting only her - not cool. Then 1 hand was done by someone else (a 3rd employee), the second hand by another (a 4th) -> 4 technicians for a pedi+mani... also interior decor needs work - feels like you're back in the 90s, but that's already of secondary importance really

Got a full set done with them and left with my nails feeling tender , 3 days later my nails were still feeling tender and hurt really bad. When I checked my nails all of my nails were breaking at the sides causing my nails to be painful . A week later one of the nail broke causing my finger nail to bleed . I was in so much pain I went into the nail shop and told them about what happened . The workers were so arrogant and unprofessional . They removed my nails and I was still asked to pay a fee when it was their fault , I haven’t even had the nails for two full weeks. The guy used profanity and was very angry because I complained about paying a fee. DO NOT GO HERE !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEAUTÉ DES ONGLES. Their work is very SLOPPY !!!!!

The customer service is terrible there. Some of the staff have really bad attitudes. They swear, yell and curse people in their language. They are also very aggressive if something doesn't go their way but the work is good.

The older man is very rude. The older woman did a woman’s pedicure then proceeded to use the same DIRTY gloves to polish my nails without changing them. Their pricing is NEVER consistent. I’ve been here several times and there’s always an issue. Especially, if you speak up about not liking the nail shape etc. Really tried to give them a chance .. but poor quality and customer service will always be just the service they offer. Good luck!!

I went there on April 30th in the afternoon and was not happy with the service, had three people work on my fingernails, even had to change seats. If you're not a regular customer they don't have a conversation with you and they speak about you in their language. I was told one price on the phone then had to pay $5. Extra because it was not a square shape. And they didn't even file my nails to the shape that I wanted which was supposed to be round.. Will not go back.

I was treated amazingly by the nice staff. And then I had a foot massage that was done by the worker named Tommy (highly recommend). Overall amazing experience.

Staff was polite, however, one of the workers cut my cuticles SO low that it bled and burned the entire time. It took about three days for me to put on socks without pain. I don’t get pedicures often so this was pretty disappointing. I also noticed a lot of dried blood stains on the towels and the place did not look clean at all.

I was a walk in right when they opened at 10 obviously I got served after the people who had appointments ( only 3 ppl) but when it was my turn the woman rushed her job so quick that I ended up finishing before the woman who was just there do a refill ( with appointment) who came after I did.She was huffing and puffing and was ruff with my hand when it wasn’t set correctly for her. End the job, I got uneven nail polish and uneven cut where 2 or 3 nails are longer than the rest with bumps were tips of the nail startsEveryone was spoken to nicely except for me and I’m not sure why…walk in or appointment….it’s money and tip for you so I don’t get it.Obvious to say I won’t be back and I don’t think they would care anyway
