This gym is amazing to come to. As a member of legacy fight club in Barrie, I can easily say this gym makes you feel just like you’re at home. Coaches are amazing, and you’ll learn everything and anything about Muay Thai that you want to know.

Such a welcoming, warm, and encouraging environment. I attend the Women’s Muay Thai classes led by Coach Viv & Coach Rau. They are awesome! ✨ I feel motivated anytime I come to the gym. It’s really helped me get more in tune with my body. Also, Legacy is a great community! People are very open to helping one another out so don’t be afraid to ask questions :)

I've been a member at Stronghold for almost a year now and have loved every single class I've attended. Coaches and instructors are patient and attentive and on top of that, class sizes are perfect so your technique can be critiqued often.Pricing is extremely reasonable given the flexible class schedule. No sign up fee was a huge bonus for me personally.I only wish I signed up earlier!

I’ve always wanted to try Muay Thai and I am super happy I decided to attend Viv’s Women Only Muay Thai classes! My experience so far has been amazing as the environment is so welcoming and friendly. The instructors are knowledgeable & truly passionate about the sport - it keeps me motivated and inspired to keep learning!

Fantastic gym. I've been going here for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say. I've recommended this gym to many of my friends and they also love it.-Facility is very clean and well maintained-Coaches are friendly, extremely helpful, passionate, and want you to learn as much as possible. You can tell they genuinely care about the sport-Members are good people and help each other grow-Classes are a great workout and have a good structure (also has good music for the warmup, and traditional music for the lesson)-Equipment is good quality-Price for membership is fair-Shop is useful

Legacy is a high quality martial arts gym. The facility is clean with a lot of space to train. Everyone is very friendly and open to new students.I am happy I found Legacy Stronghold after moving to Mississauga.Training Muay Thai and BJJ is a great combination and I like that both are offered at Legacy, at a fair price. Super grateful to be able to train here!

Great gym to train BJJ and Muay Thai, for both beginners wanting to get fit or those wanting to compete. The environment is very welcoming and you are a part of a team and a community at this gym, the coaches and the people who go there really care about helping you improve. The coaches are highly skilled in the sports and it has been a privilege to be able to learn from them.

The variety of classes and techniques always keep things fresh and help keep people motivated and disciplined to get not only stronger, but more skilled. Great for any skill level and any age.
