My husband and I just bought our first home. We went with real estate lawyers because we got a pamphlet in the mail and thought they offered a great price. They have been great so far. We are just about to approach closing date and they have been notifying us with anything they may need still. They are very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. I would recommend them for sure. I would give them another star but we haven’t closed yet but I’m sure it will go smoothly.

We used this company back in 2019 to sell and buy and all went very well. We recently sold in 2023 and the process is still smooth and easy. It would be perfect (5 stars) if communication (what will be paid, how, when, and for general inquiries) would be smoother before the closing day (like it was back in 2019). But still a great service for the price!

I used his law firm to purchase my property and now using them again to close it; and I will retain them again for future transactions. We chose Real Estate Lawyers based on the recommendation of our realtor and they have been excellent to deal with. Mark, our lawyer, was super responsive and helpful as we worked to resolve issues on our title. They also have a large team of admins to support through the process, who have been equally responsive and professional. Given their large size, there are definitely pros around general availability, business hours, and options around signing. Overall it was a seamless experience from beginning to end.

We used Real Estate Lawyers services a few times so far for the buying and selling of our condo and the buying of our house. The buying of our condo was a very smooth process. A lawyer came to our home and carefully explained the document. Email communication was timely and professional.The buying of our house however, was a stressful experience. Both myself and my partner needed to follow up multiple times to receive the necessary information required for closing. The signing process was virtual and challenging as my last name was spelled incorrectly and inconsistent throughout the entire document (It also did not match my official identification). The signing experience was hard to follow and difficult to understand. At the end of the day, it all came together but we were not pleased.
