This place has all Syrian food imports you can think of under one roof. Exclusive and top quality food at very reasonable prices. It's also very conveniently located near Marché Central and Costco.

Best place for Syrian groceries and also middle eastern products. Prices are reasonable and I can confirm as a foodie that Quality is unique & better than other brands on the Canadian market (imported) , personally, I could found here the Best Syrian Rusk (sesame milk cake) as shown in picture below, after 7 years of search in Montreal, I can say this is the real damascene rusk imported directly and freshly from Syrian factory in Turkey under the Trade Mark “Typik” ( the naming product “Bread sticks” doesn’t corresponds to the product and I will try to send an email to the factory to correct this linguistique mistake. Other products that’s surprised me is the Tahini and the frozen section where I could buy Grilled kebbeh ready to bake with other varieties available inside the freezer. I saw also a butcher shop inside this New Gem. This place will be officially my favourite grocery shop.
