TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!I had called Tri-Air to have my furnace repaired, they sent a guy that didn't have a clue, he was on the phone asking other techs for advice, all in all he was here for 1.5 hours, so the tech had told me he needs to bring the unit back to his shop to repair, I helped him carry this unit to his truck, by the way, it was an electric furnace! so I paid the $240.00 service call, so in the mean time I had talked to a sales rep for this company to get a quote to repair or replace, the sales rep then informed me that I owe 1 hour for the tech to carry the unit to his truck, I told the sales rep that I had helped the tech and that it only took 20 minutes, well the tech wrote on his copy different, I said that I have the carbon copy and nothing was written or mentioned, he then told me to come and get my unit (with an attitude) and then hung up on me!!So if you are looking to pay hidden costs then this is the company! I suggest another company.

I have worked with Tri-Air for the last 3 years on our commercial buildings in Mississauga. The level of service is beyond anything I have ever experienced from an HVAC company in the past. They are extremely responsive no matter what the reason or urgency of our call. Their technicians are professional, friendly and most importantly take pride in their work and ensure the area is clean when they are done. I would recommend Tri-Air to anyone!

For any restaurant owners I highly recommend TriAir! Our hood vent system stopped working on a Saturday morning which meant we either shut down for the weekend or get it fixed. I called Tri Air and not only were they there within the hour, they were brainstorming options to get us up and running as quickly as possible - they were able to find the parts on a weekend (which is usually impossible) and had us working before the dinner rush. Without them we would have had to close for the weekend. They drove to a different city to find the parts and explained everything as they did it and gave follow up recommendations. It was our first time using them and I was highly impressed with the level of customer service!

The TriAir team are very professional, communicated very well with our office and did a fantastic job installing the unit. The were very polite and had great knowledge and understanding of the system, our requirements and our business policies that they had to work through. We will absolutely work with them on other projects!

I've used Tri-Air twice now, once for our boiler and once for our HVAC. Both times, I've been floored by the spectacular service, from the dispatchers to the repair people. The second time, I was so impressed that I called and spoke with the VP, Kelly, to tell her what a top-notch company Tri-Air is. The service was fast, but more importantly, it was HONEST; in an industry that could easily take advantage of people with little to no knowledge of their heating/cooling systems, Tri-Air focused on efficiency and educating me so that I wasn't overcharged or underserved. I'll never call another company again. 5-stars, would give them 6 if I could, I can't recommend highly enough.
