Mr. Lube + Tires

Got tires placed on new rims, balanced and had my winter tires removed and bagged for my Tesla Model Y. The owner was courteous and quick to resolve my small misunderstanding and also gave a discount to make it all better.

Amazing service! Very friendly staff especially the manager Shoaib and my guy Nezar. Tyre change or oil change I am not going anywhere else. This is where I am coming from now on. I recommend it, please try them out. They won’t disappoint you.

I recently visited a Mr.Lube tire center to have my tires changed, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable.The process of changing the tires was quick and efficient, and the staff ensured that all of the tires were properly balanced and aligned. They also provided me with some useful tips on how to maintain my new tires, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Mr.lube. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and the quality of their work was exceptional. If you need tires change or any other services, I highly recommend this center. They have exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for any future tire needs.

We called this store when there’s checking tire pressure signal up on our car screen. We were away from Toronto and it is holiday this Mr.Lube is the only one that is open at the moment. The staff are all very nice and helpful! I’m new driver it’s the first time this happened to me and I was a little bit panicked but they nicely checked the tire for me and made sure everything is okay and told me come back anytime if there’s anything wrong again. Thank you all very much !

NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!Came for an oil change twice and had a terrible experience both times.Today I came in for an oil change and I needed 2 headlights fixed along with 1 taillight. After changing the tail light, the worker told me everything was fine (after “checking” the other side too) and then the other bulb was blown.. No reimbursement for the bulb nor did they offer to fix the one they blew. Simply brushed it off as a wiring issue, even though it was working perfectly fine before my visit.Overall, their services are way overpriced and the workers here are scammers. They remove parts from your vehicle without asking (one of the workers removed my cabin air filter for no reason advising I should change it) and might even damage your vehicle. Very unprofessional

Talking about efficiency!The employees of this location were very attentive and noticed my arrival immediately. I only had to wait 3 minutes before they started working on my car. I came in for an oil change, and the whole process was completed within 10 minutes.Zero hassle. No waiting around. However, I admit that I was a little bit surprised that the prices have gone up significantly. I remember that less than 5 years ago, I was paying $30 for an oil change at mr lube and now it's $90, so it's literally tripled in price. Nonetheless, I'm giving this service 5 stars because it's fast, reliable, and friendly. If you're looking for a quick oil change, I would recommend this specific location of Mr.lube because you don't have to worry about making an appointment.

My mother in law went there today for an oil change, 63 years old and they charged her almost $1200. I looked at the bill and you can’t argue it because they know what they’re doing but they scammed her really good. Do not go to these places.. it’s a scam. Find a local shop or go to the dealership.

I highly recommend their services! I got oil change and off rim tire change here! Mark was polite and very efficient. He told me everything that I need to know what's to be done with my car that the dealership doesn't discussed to me. I hope all employees are like him!I will keep coming back here soon for my oil change and tire change!

Ivan and Shoaib were helpful and efficient. Got my oil changed, and a few other services because it had been a while since I took my car in. They gave me the required info and were not pushy, which was appreciated. Excellent service overall, and quick!
