For such a large building the guest experience is sub-optimal. Registering your license plate takes far too long and as a guest you cannot go anywhere in the building without a key fob, which would be fine for area such as pool, party rooms etc but not being able to press buttons on the elevator is inefficient and annoying.

First time trying out a short-term rental place and my God was it one of the best experiences ever. First of all I got in touch directly with the owner Mr. Khan and he explained all the ins and outs. The place was in excellent condition with a great view of the city. Food recommendation were on point and all amenities were beyond amazing. Definitely coming back here whenever I’m in Mississauga next time and recommending to friends as well.

Nice building with a GYM

I have been staying in the Goodwood properties whenever I go to Mississauga over the past 4 (four) years. I always had an excellent experience. The apartments were in great shape and condition and Mr. Khan is extremely cooperative. He will do everything that humanly possible to make your stay an excellent experience.

I was a bit skeptical of the non-hotel environment but let me tell you. Everything went great I will definitely come back to this location if I get the opportunity to. The owner was very nice I do appreciate the professionalism and quickness. Regular checking time was 3 pm but they were able to get it ready by the time I got there by 11 am.Trust me you will not regret your stay it is definitely a great view

Stayed in the Da Vinci suite 22nd floor. Great location easy access to shops, buses to Toronto and GO station. Nice views from the balcony. Unfortunately the apartment was grubby, poorly cleaned. Taps in the bathrooms did not work effectively. Sheets on queen bed were double size. Bottom Sheets on king bed were stitched up. Creapy crawleys in the bed and bedrooms. Someone else's Hair on .bathroom floors . Unable to open the bilnds to get to the balcony. Carpets were dirty. If it would be maintained and cleaned properly this would be a great place to stay.

Was a bit reluctant trying a non hotel type of accommodations but glad I checked this place out for my recent 5 night stay in Mississauga. I booked online and got in touch with the owner on his cell phone, he had met me at the building at our coordinated time after my arrival at pearson airport - I followed his vehicle with mine up through the underground parking and for a great walkthrough in the room to make sure I knew how to work the thermostat controls, showing location of Iron Board, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher etc. Plenty of towels and facecloths for my 5 night stay. I was given a room key and a Fob that allows for your access throughout the secured building including the ability to access the underground parking. The building has a full fitness center and pool. My single bedroom reservation was not available and I was upgraded to the two bedroom on the 27th floor over looking the city at no extra charge. The service was great and so was the price point. If you don't mind making your own bed and want a great home like accomodation during your stay I highly recommend this place. Location is great right across from square one mall. Will definitely be booking here again!

Apartment is great for me and three others. Location also great and pricing is reasonable.
