Everybody at the shop is very helpful they were very busy but still took time to help me out and locate the air tag that was placed anonymously in my car. I really appreciate the whole team. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I’ve been going to these guys lots over the years, so does my family. They are nothing short of great people. My granny told me just the other day that she broke down on the Main Street (she’s 90) and didn’t know who to call so she called Master Mechanic. Without hesitation, they came and picked her up and took great care of her right away. They always get me in fast too. I was just in there today and the guy behind the desk was busy looking after me. The owner was working on his laptop. Another guy walked in and instead of waiting for the guy behind the desk to finish with me, the owner offered to help the other guy. I know this doesn’t sound out of the norm...but I’ve seen plenty of owners think they are too good to help customers so I was impressed! If you’re looking for a good local place who will treat you with respect...these are your guys!

Took my Jeep in for an oil and engine light on occasionally and paid $1100 for repair to the sensors. Drive it- oil light now on all the time. They say they will fix it at no charge. Take it back the next morning. Get a call at 5:30. The front end had “fallen out” on a test drive. $1200 repair and $203 towing charge. Can’t get clear answer as to what had “fallen out” and given 4 answers as to what happened 1. Had simply fallen out 2. Slippery road 3. Front end damage due to tow truck pulling it out of a ditch 4. Damage due to part falling out then the rest due to hitting a curb. Had happened at 11:30 (time on tow bill) but not contacted for 6 hours. Won’t release vehicle unless we pay the tow bill which includes winching. Tell him we have CAA and would have had it towed at no charge if contacted. Finally agrees to give our Jeep back. Take to different shop that repairs the front end for $400. Got $140 back from MM on the original $1100. The Jeep was safetied in July with no concerns or wear on the front end. This shop is why women are hesitant in dealing with mechanics.

Very impressed with my recent service. They could have very easily soaked me with a huge bill, but didn't. I went in thinking my brakes needed done, but they diagnosed another problem and fixed it, with a lesser cost. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicle to Master Mechanic! I'm very impressed with their honesty!

I called them hoping not to wait too long for an oil change. They were very accommodating and asked me to take my car the next morning. Good service. Maybe put a protector on the floor next time but overall, I was happy.

Check engine light came on and they were able to take me in for a diagnostics for free, they are very helpful!!

What a wonderful experience. My check engine light came on and the gentlemen at Master Mechanic had my car diagnosed within 15 minutes. They were polite and honest and explained to me that my issue should be covered under a previous issue's warranty. They did not try to charge me for work that should have been done and they had me walking away a very happy customer. The next time I need my car serviced, I will be sure to choose this location.
