I recently purchased an engagement ring from Arman’s Jewelers and my experience was terrific! I told them I was looking for a solitaire with a round brilliant cut and a custom designed setting. The owners walked me through the different diamond spec’s to consider and the pro’s and con’s of different designs I had in mind. As a person with zero experience with engagement ring shopping, I truly appreciated their guidance and honesty. The lines of communication were always open throughout the design process and they sent me a CAD image to help me visualize. Once we finalized the design they had the ring completed in less than a week. The diamond was GIA certified and they also provided the Appraisal; this was all very reassuring.The end result was STUNNING and my Fiancé still can’t stop talking about it! It was exactly what I envisioned. When looking at the ring closely, you can truly appreciate their attention to detail.If you are looking for a team with masterful jewelry knowledge who are honest, trustworthy, patient and have competitive pricing, look no further than Arman’s Jewellers. Excellent craftsmanship. I had a custom ring made by Arman’s and it turned out incredibly. They were responsive through the process and made many changes to the design for me until I was happy ! And they did it well under budget.

So incredibly happy with my engagement ring from Arman's! We chose Arman's for my engagement ring after they resized and re-plated an old ring of mine that was my grandmother's and I had been very happy with the work. Dikran worked with us from start to finish to design and create my custom engagement ring. He was able to combine a few photos we liked to design one beautiful ring. The design he created and showed us looks exactly like the finished product. I honestly could not imagine a more beautiful ring for myself. The customer service was excellent and Dikran kept us informed every step of the way. The work was excellent and done on time. We were very satisfied with the price and really felt like we were getting great value for our money compared to larger jewelry stores. The centre stone came with a certificate and the entire ring came with a certification of its value from a third party for insurance purposes at no extra charge. Dikran even re-sized the ring for me free of charge after I realized that my hands must have been slightly swollen the day I tried on the original sizer, and he was even able to make it a custom size to fit my finger perfectly (in between a 3.75 and 4). I would recommend Arman's to anyone and they are definitely my go-to jeweller in the Kitchener-Waterloo area!

I had a custom necklace made using a sapphire that was part of my grandmother's ring. I love how it turned out. The staff are lovely to work with. They really care about their customers and will usually go above and beyond to help customers out. They have a beautiful selection of jewellery!

Arman was an absolute pleasure to work with! He created my dream engagement ring down to all the details. Someone who clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship through all his work! Excellent experience. I had the opportunity to meet the entire team, and everyone is very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and even helped me modify a ring that arrived from a different country so it would fit the stone I provided. They helped me resize the ring as well. All of this was done at an extremely! reasonable price. They also completed the modifications in a surprising quick amount of time (1-2 days). My only mistake was not going to them first to design the ring from scratch. Do yourself a favor and go in for a free and informative consultation. Trust the other reviews they are 100% accurate.

Dikran created the perfect engagement ring for my fiance exactly as I designed it. He went to various places to find the specific stone I wanted and was very accessible during the process. Would highly recommend for custom rings.
