New to karting but these guys are top notch I couldn’t recommend them more ..

Ordered a set of tires from their online store back on October 19th as the price was good and shipping was free. By the end of the week I hadn’t received any shipment info so I emailed them several times to find out what my order status was. After the 3rd or fourth email I finally got a response from the shop owner Steve Rickman on the 27th:“My apologies I’ve been out of office and am getting caught up here. I’ll look into your order and see what is happening. Stay tuned”That was the last and only response I ever received as I had emailed Steve again a week later asking for any news and awaited a response for several days but it never came. Out of frustration I opened a claim with PayPal on November 7 as I got the sense nothing was going to come from giving him anymore time provide info or to fulfill my order.36 days after my order was originally placed, PayPal on November 24th ruled in my favour and refunded my money after receiving no response to their info request from Race Lab.
