Sushi Yuu

Wonderful friendly staff and beautiful food, for a reasonable price. We thought there were enough sushi places in the area - we were wrong! This is probably our new go-to restaurant for sushi.

This is the best sushi I have had in a long time. Everything was so fresh, beautiful flavours, and the food melted in our mouths! I highly recommend the salmon tartare with taro chips as an appy. Delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

First time trying Sushi.yuu and we were so impressed! The sushi was fresh and delicious and the presentation was simply beautiful. We will definitely be back again.

Found this place on google and tried it based on its 5 star review. I was blown away by the quality and for the price has got to be one of the best sushi restaurants in the West Island. Ordered the 65$ platter for 2 for lunch and it was more than enough and all specialty rolls. Went back for dinner. Hidden gem!!

With so many great sushi places around now, it is rare to find one which truly stands out. Sushi Yuu truly lives up to all the recent five star reviews. Beautiful presentation, fresh, and flavorful. There is a great variety, with something for everyone.There was a small issue with our delivery, and the restaurant corrected it immediately. They were fast, friendly and threw in a beautiful bonus (which was a wow!) to make up. Great customer service.We are lucky to have this new addition to our restaurants in the West Island, and we are already looking forward to enjoying their food again :-)

This is a Chinese owned sushi joint but I was really impressed with the presentation, freshness and overall service was good!Will definitely return when I'm out west island.

Amazing sushi place! All the food was really fresh, and the presentation brought it to another level. Very nice service as well, it was really a pleasure eating here. The inside also makes it feel classy, but the prices are also very reasonable and worth it for the quality of food. Definitely going to come here again!

We have ordered take out twice now from Sushi Yuu and it's been amazing both time. Sushi is super fresh. Great platter variety. General tao delicious (comes with rice fyi). Poke bowl yummy. The presentation of the food is even nice in the take out containers! Highly recommend - we will order again.

First time trying this little gem. Great assortment of sushi and more traditional. Taste was impeccable. Service was very attentive, even for takeout.

We had ordered delivery when they had first opened, and were quite surprised and decided to try dine in. As you walk in, you are greeted by the whole team (it was the case for us), and shown to our table. We looked at the menu, and everything looked good, so one of the owners came and asked if we had eaten there before, and needed suggestions. We ended up picking 2 platters (our eyes were bigger than our stomach, but wanted a dine experience that cannot be delivered) and decided to take Collection d'Art and Le mini pureste (sashimi). It took 15 minutes between ordering and receiving the food to our table as if we were presented with a spectacle/show; beauty on a platter. I have been to higher-end sushi restaurant, and I am making the statement that this joint is now part of my top 1 place to have sushi. Compare it to Maiko if you want, you will not be disappointed. Having travelled to Japan multiple times, sushi's most important ingredient is rice, and the seasoning of it. Sushi Yuu's rice is perfectly well seasoned with a good quality rice vinegar to balance the fish in a bite. Good sushi takes time to prepare and plate for not only a culinary experience for your mouth, but for your eyes. If you want your everyday generic sushi fast food" go elsewhere.I highly recommend this place. Thank you for tasty rolls
