I would specially state that customer service representative Gurmilan was very professional, energetic and welcoming. Handled my query with ease and explained everything with clarity. I am very satisfied with overall branch banking. Good job.

Not a very great experience, usually long wait times but if you have a Business account the service is better then CIBC. It’s a bank what can we really expect, but having more staff at peak hours to help everyone would be a huge factor.

I went to open an account for my nephew and without an appointment the next day on Valentine’s Day , I got his account opened with no problem. Thank you Soviet.Rest I go to this branch and it’s my Home Branch, have no problems. I Love it. There were 3 personnel’s helping me with a smile. Remember if you have a good attitude you get a person in front of you with same attitude. That Royal bank in the same plaza 15 years ago I left and now everything is honkey dory for me. That Royal bank uff had a black lady with a biggest attitude, I will never go there. Thank you td.
