H&R Block

I've been going to see Lisa Cook at H&R block for 7 years now! Always professional, courteous and efficient! I moved away from Cambridge but will still make the 1 hour drive just for Lisa. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Lisa Cook is unprofessional. I heard her talking smack and revealing private information about another client. She should be fired. I wouldnt trust any of my personal information at this institute, find somewhere better.

I have been going to Lisa Cook for taxes for almost 5 plus years and she’s been nothing but amazing and consistent. She is absolutely patient and able to help an individual with anxiety and walked me through every step and even helped me benefit with more additional credits

As usual with Lisa Cook things were great. It took little to no time and the experience was great as usual. As long as Lisa is there to do my taxes I will keep coming back

I would like to thank Lisa Cook for her amazing work she is patient and kind and she has such great personality and is extremely professional and helps you through every step of your taxes . My wife has extreme anxiety and with Lisa helping she felt secure and safe providing her with every option. I will. ONLY go to Lisa Cook for taxes.

The worst place to get taxes done had my taxes sent in with my girlfriends 6 months ago. They made us come back 3 times to sign papers they forgot then after we did that they didn't end up sending are taxes out until we came back 2 months later smh. And when we had got their the person who was working the front desk was disrespectful ignorant and had terrible customer service even told me to shut up when we were literally explaining why we where theirMaybe if they spent more time ⏲️ on teaching their employees how to do their job people wouldn't be haven't a headache with this place

Very disappointing. Had better experience using the On Line. The Office could not access my CRA account. (After several tries.) They had to make 3 attempts to get my name correct!

My first visit to HR Block today to file my taxes. Lisa was fantastic, she got everything done fast, answered all my questions and was genuinely so fantastic to deal with. I cannot recommend enough, even more-so cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much!

Be aware of this location in Cambridge, Ontario. They only work two days a week and are may not be certified accountants. They failed at preparing our dad's final taxes and the rep (Sandy) would not return emails and followed up in a timely manor. I finally had to pickup my return and have it done elsewhere. When I spoke to the manager (Brian) he did not even apologize or offer to find me a different rep to work with. Very poor service and incompetent at doing their job. They just want to punch in numbers in a tax program which anyone can do. I requested the district manager phone number which they did not even give out. Also check Better Business Buearu for complaints. I hope this help other people not fall into the mistake I fell into with this branch. We have worked with other branches which were much better and efficient. Management should look at restructuring that location. It's a disaster!

Lisa Cook is by far THE BEST person ever!!! This woman has been doing my taxes now for many seasons and has always done above and beyond! Best person, and the reason I keep coming back. She'd so good, and I trust her so much, I recommend her to everyone, including my children, as they've started having tax needs! Thank you Lisa!
